Left a message saying they are calling for {someone who doesn't live here} because of 'an order of process for several pending matters' they are going to file.

recording saying a legal case pending against me. All scams, they call from all different numbers all day everyday. My caller ID says Scam Likely. Sick of all these calls

Same exact message to me. They call from all different out of state numbers. So annoying

Got weird recorded voicemail for a guy I've never heard of.  Several pending matters. Blah blah blah. Has anybody blocked their# and tried calling back?

i also received automated voice message at place of employment from (405) 896-9212 # saying the same, saying i have several pending matters and i am under investigation...good to know its a scam becuz i did not know what in the world they were talking about

Same as others mentioned, they say they have a pending case against Alan(?) and that the call was the official notice. I received a voicemail the other day and a call today. The recorded message sounds old and is hard to understand. I called the number back and the answer was "please hold" and was put on hold for a minute or so before I disconnected. Number now blocked.

yes i called back and a man picked up did not say who they are.  Seems like scam to me.

I am very investigated.  They are investigating my home address, where I work, and they are going to file a complaint against me.  But then they said I have a right to know the plaintiff.  Isn't the Plaintiff them?  I work in legal, and the way they explained this "so called lawsuit" against me was not correct.  This is a total BS company and if someone does not understand the legal system, this could scare them.  I laughed at their ridiculous voicemail message.  Block this number!

Got same call this morning but it was actually for my brother who passed away in 2013. As soon as I called back told him the message I got and right away he said yea it's for so n so and I said yea I know him but he passed away in 2013 he said oohhh I'll remove your number and hung up. Total scam they would need death certificate to verify before just removing a number especially for legal matters so stupid and annoying

Received a call this morning.  Female voice on voicemail, but recording is very, very poor.  Could barely understand. They did not give name of company or name of who they were calling for, but wanted me to call back to confirm my current address and employer.  Yeah, I'm gonna get right on that ...

I received the following message: “This message is for ********** I received an order in my office today to complete in order to process for several pending matter if you are currently being the best to get it for I will be verify your current address and placement appointments today in the meantime it is your responsibility and legal right to contact your plane tip prior to being served her number is 4058969212 to make reference to case ******* you're right you just get this matter resolved this is only a pound this is a  notification".

It's a total scam.

I called back, they asked for case number, transferred to a guy named Justin Duvall with Allocation Adjustment Services. Asked what it was about, he said I have two pending cases regarding payday loans from check n go or a similar company. I said ok well do you not have any details? He said your name and address are the details. I said no its not, what is the company? So he starts to get an attitude so I said ok well just take my attorney's information and I started to give it to him and he started screaming we do need that, just bring him to court then. I'm going to go ahead and file the paperwork in your county and hung up on me. So I called back and the operator answers and I tell her I need to give them my attorney's information because the person I just spoke with hung up on me, and she transferred me back to him and he answers saying we don't need  your attorneys information. I said are you refusing to take it? He said no I'm not refusing I'm just saying you just need to bring him to court because I don't need it.

Called it just to mess with them, sounds like a legitimate business as the secretary that answered got all offended when I asked for the drug dealer of the house saying it was a business.

Called but did not leave a message. Will block after reading other complaints.

Same as others. Multiple calls same day. Left voicemail... that the beginning is cutoff due it being a robocall.

Received a voicemail for someone who doesn't live in my house; never identified who they were. I will block them.

I just filed a complaint on the do not call registry. Unsure what will happen.
