The recording says its not a solicitation and you have pending legal matters against your name and not to hang up... I hung up

Automated message stating this was NOT a solicitation call. That all bank accounts and tax returns were being frozen. Must call them back immediately. Call sounded official but also aggressive.

Yup, me too. Gave an 800 number to call but made from 408 (California #) area code but probably spoofed. Legit company would leave name & reference.. Now I know it isn't just me they are after.

I received the same call.  All my accounts, and tax returns will be frozen.  However, I called back the number on the caller ID: "408-409-1324," and to my surprise someone did answer the phone.  I told them they were scammers and that I don't owe anyone money.  I then told them I was going to report them (which I did to the FTC) and the person started to laugh, and said go ahead.  I don't know how many of you actually reported them, however, I did tell the FTC that the caller laughed about it which tells me that they're not worried one bit.  We need the government to step up on these investigations, and hand out severe punishment.  Also, put regulations on scam phone calls that are much easier to trace their origins.

Robocall - has called my employer's main line several times.  Message same as others, return call or risk legal action.  Number comes up Unavailable, they ask return call at 844-880-5803; main number is 408-409-1324

Same as all the above, but I did not reply..I will just block them since they are calling my cell.

I too recieved a call from 408-409-1324 and  now 408-409-1334 with a prerecorded message stating  that a motion is being filed on my taxes freezing my bank accounts and SS#.  That I needed to call 844-880-5803.  This is a complete scam.  Don't call or reply.

Same call and same spiel about freezing my accounts and tax returns. Complete BS

Just got 3 calls back to back with the same message.

The same kind of spiel, we will freeze your bank accounts, tax returns etc... You have 72 hours or less to respond or else we will proceed with legal action. You owe so & so $ XXXXXX.XX amount of money make us an offer for a quick settlement within so many hours or else! I got a company name "ACC Consulting" but nothing seems to come up for California, San Jose or otherwise. My search results mainly pointed to the east coast.

I got this call on 12/5/18 on my cell phone that has a number from Savannah, GA.   I am currently in New England. I get the same call every so often. I reported it once earlier in the year.

Received a call from this number 408 409-1324 and called back. Woman on the other end got mad that I was THREATENING her by calling back. She tried to say they were a legitimate company. We have received no mail regarding this matter. We KNOW we don't owe anybody any money. We turned the number over to the County Sheriff and was told somebody got ripped off for $11,000 from this scam.

Scammer trying to sound like a debt collector / attorney. I played Abide With Me through my phone. Hope he understood the error of his ways. He hung up after a few seconds.
