Same message as others. "This is not a solicitation. . .to a case manager." Obviously a scam.

This number just tried to called me 4 times in the row but I didn't answer.  Blocked the number.

I did just the same and blocked it. I dont owe anyone anything though....

Yeah, claiming to be an - well they didn't exactly say who they were - entity that was filing a motion to stop all bank accounts and tax filings unless, of course, the call is returned.  Based on the number of notes posted here, this group seems to be active.

Same as everyone else. Need to call to stop motion to freeze everything. I didn't answer because didnt know the number but left a message. What a scam!

Received threatening message regarding freezing my accts and tax returns.

Same message. I called back. Offices of ACC. Asked me my name and I stupidly gave it. Nothing else. He said they were looking for someone else who gave that #.

Received 4 calls back to back. After the fourth call they left a message stating the same thing as those above described.  I attempted to report them to the FTC however, due to the shut down the website is down.

I keep getting calls from this number 1-408-409-1324  on my house phone and on my cell phone. They said all my accounts will be frozen etc. I called the number back and they said there’s a civil case pending against me and that I will be served by uniformed officer in 3 to 4 weeks. I told them there is no civil case against me, my credit is perfect, etc and that they have no business with me.  They kept insisting that they did have business with me and that they were a call center for legal firm yet they wouldn’t tell me any details. They had my name, the last four of my social, and the county I live in. I asked them to remove me from their call list and they refused to remove me and said I would be served. I kept calling this number back and then they proceeded to tell me that they were going to put a lien on my truck and they had the specific year and model of my truck ( which makes me think that this has something to do with one of the vehicle warranty scam’s that keep calling my number also). I told them that was BS because my truck is paid off. They started hanging up on me so I started calling them back repeatedly from my cell phone and asked how it felt to keep getting unwanted phone calls. They said they would block my number and I said yes please block my number. I kept calling back until they did block my number or at least it says user busy now when I try to call them. Then  I continue to call them from my home phone until they block that number also. I’m so sick of unwanted calls and scams.

Called me and told owe debt to some bank . I asked them from what time frame. Lady said within last 5 years and I told her impossible as I have been in a Institution for the Criminally Insane for last 40 years and just got released last week. She hung up on me.

Calling me constantly.  One day it was 3 back to back calls. Ridiculous! These scammers need to burn in hell. Jerks. And some of the elderly get all riled up and fall for it. My Mom almost did. And I said no and stopped her.

Have received several call leaving same automated message that everyone else is getting. Thought about returning the call & telling them to go ahead. I'm disabled & don't have to file taxes & because I live on disability there is no money in my bank account!

Just started receiving calls.  I do not answer so recordings are on my answer machine.
