Look I keep getting these stupid calls from CI INSTITUTE everytime I start to relax. I am not intrested in schooling, my health is bad I am doing one day at a time;when you are disabled from a gunshot wound there is no other way. I hope they leave me alone soon.

I received 3 calls today two from this number, and one from 801-407-8386. Both are from the CI Institute. Not only did I tell them to take me off their list yesterday after two calls, but I also left a voice message informing them of the same at this number.

After reading several sites worth about these morons, I found that cilearning.com is their home site for all of these calls. I then found an "800" number and called it and asked to be removed from another human being, 866-620-3333 is their number. It is a subsidiary of One on One Marketing, Inc.

I am not sure what I clicked on to get these [***] to start calling me, but they had better stop after that last phone call. Call the above number as well and let them know you want off of their calling lists. Next stop, if I get one more call is the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint.

Got this call...for my son..no message.  He is searching for funding for nursing school and also recently responded to various job offerings thru Craigs list.  Lately have been getting a lot of spam from Nigeria and Dubai as well.  There must be some stupid leak in my computer.

How do I get these jerks to stop bothering me?

your cell may have a block on it for unknown numbers  check with your cell phone provider

Nathan called me today, too. Saying I signed up for info on college course, um, I already have masters plus 30, I think that's enough. Since that call, I've had 3 other calls from other numbers that are also spam. So much for the do not call list.

Interesting I had ALOT of issues with the ACAI BERRY people, then someone got my card number and made a bunch of charges and now like 10 calls a day from this number

I have recirved numerous calls from this company asking for my husband stating he signed up for online courses . I called my husband and he stated that he never reqyested online courses. I no sooner hung my phone up and they called me again but this time when I asked what this was about he stated oh there is no message I'll just call back . I asked for his name and he stated that it wasn't importatnt this concerned personal buisness. I at that point informed him if you can't leave a name or a message then do not under any circumstance call my number again. I then called the number back and got an answering service I told them that they were to scrub my number off their calling list and that I would be filing a complaint with the do not call registry since all our numbers are on the do not call my number list.

I have had 5 calls in the last 2 days from 410-774-8401. I ignore them all because they keep calling my cell phone.

Yes I have got a call 30 minutes ago, I called back and it is very odd not to be able to get something back as a response to you!It is totally impossible to know who is calling you, and why!I called back, and I got a recorder to as, to leave my information to enrolle to some tipe of College.

Just got a call from this number.  Did not answer, since I have pay-as-you-go phone service and it costs me money to answer junk calls.  I am with Eddie, how do we stop them harassing us?  Seems like the FCC should set up a site like this and slam the callers as soon as they start.

My phone rang and showed the Caller ID: CI Institute 1-410-774-8401. Googled the name and came up with too many options to know who they really are. Have my line connected to a phone fax so I can send them a fax tone when they call.

got the call once, answered and they hung up.  what the heck? call back and it hangs up immediately

They called today and started to leave a message. They also called me by name, so I assume they got my name off a list from when I was researching college loans for my Son. I didn't answer, and I erased the message.
