Same thing here...I'm in Kitchener and they've called me about 4-5 times today already (has been going on for weeks)...from what it sounds like, this is some sort of scam...my suggestion is that we all call the same police station (kitchener-waterloo non-emergency police line: #519-653-7700) when it happens and annoy the cops until they feel obligated to look into it...  I will update on this message board exactly who I spoke with at the station...that way we can ensure the same cop is getting the complaints.

Contacted the police said we can't do anything about it.

They have also started to call my house...  Many Many times, My wife said that she heard breathing at the other end, I told her that she was hearing things.... But after reading all these posts, I have to beleive her.  I will start calling bell,rogers and the police to complain about this number.  Everytime they call,  Im going to call them so they no how it feels.... I live in kitchener.   If we all do the same thing,  maybe they will start to listen.....

Have been receiving calls since at least 16th of Oct, at various times from this #. Tried calling back directly, but phone rang out with no answer.  On the one occasion I was home to receive the call, there was no response on other end.

Got a call at 5:50pm (Cambridge)I put my thumb over the mouth peice then turned on the phone. After a min or two of me not answering they came on and were asking for Mr. (our last name) He sounded quite anoyed that we did not respond. I also thought he sounded Chinese.
My guess is that it is some board nerd with a phonebook as it is my husbands name listed!
I think I will continue to answer that way. I hope he calls again SOON! ;-)

We've been getting constant calling from this number for over a month now. We were left a message yesterday (Matt Sundean promo from Rogers). I've been on the phone with Rogers all day today. They've told me that this is their number, and we've asked to be taken off their calling list. I just now received another call from this number, and for the first time somebody responded, after I used some choice words on the phone. They claimed to know that we had made complaints to Rogers today. This is either actually Rogers, or somebody has somehow tapped into their number and their account records.
Call Rogers or call the police. They can be charged with harrassment for this.

Just read the message from Kiara, and I've spoken to a relative who is a detective and it is possible to do something. Try talking to someone else maybe.

Someone is obviously so lonely that he cannot make friends in the real world and has to resort to calling strangers just to get some form of human contact. It is sad really.  Perhaps drug and/or group therapy may help this poor lost pathetic soul realize just how desperate he is. If he calls again, please have a heart and refer him to CAMH - the Center for Addiction and Mental Health.

I too have been receiving calls from this number.  I come home from work and my display shows 3-5 new callers!!.  Last night a guy, from this number, called and, and it was obviuos his first language was not English.  I told him that I was not interested in the Rogers bundle he was selling.  Tonight another guy, again whose first language was not English, trying to sell my a Rogers bundle.  I requested he remove my name from the list, and he just kept talking.  When I requested to speak to a Supervisor, he said "Why do you need to go past me"?  Finally, when "apparently" the Supervisor came on the line, it sounded like the same guy, so I just hung up.

This guy has been calling me for weeks on end now !!! When i answered he just muttered my last name and thats was it then when i asked exactly who he was looking for he just said my last name again ...i called the number back and it just rings and srings..This is obviously some twisted freak or a hradcore pervert of some sort ....I will be contacting the right ppl and hopefully these calls can come to an end SOMEONE HAS TO BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING ..HOW ABOUT CALL TRACE RIGHT THROUGH THE COPS ??????

Received numerous calls for the last two weeks.

After not responding yesterday I havent received a call yet today. I usually recieve several a day. I was kind of hoping he would call back, but I defenetly wont miss him!!

I think its been cracked.I call Bell(Sarahs 310 bell), I called police, they referred me to bell security, who referred me to C.R.T.C, they referred me to some r.c.m.p. call buster, they referred me to Rogers, who were very useless. They wouldn't even look into it, or refer me to a department,or even a manager. The employee was going to nothing and wasn't afraid of saying so,she wouldn't give me her name, I suggested to co-ordinate these contacts so the left hand-right hand..... I had heard about their customer service, and this confirmation. I won't say who, can get to the bottom of this, and is in progress.                      Fingers crossed.
