Got a call from this number yesturday and today when I call it back it says the number is not in service!!

Caller asks for me by name (partially), I say it's the wrong number. Phone goes silent.

I recieved a call from this number.  The caller then asked me not to tell anyone what he was about to say.  He told me he was the Devil and was trying to make his way back into this dimension utilizing the phone lines as some sort of portal.  He is waiting for the right person to answer the phone.  One who is truley evil...

Been calling me for a couple of days now ..  Call back and no ring, do not hear anyone on the other line. Last call 12 minutes ago..

Picked up phone, no answer on the other end. This number has called me a few times int he last six months and have never had anyone answer on the other end.

This number calls me 10 times every day and has done so for a week!

I was able to block that number by calling Rogers and ordering Call screening service for $4/month with the first 3 months free; and you can block as many numbers as you want. Problem solved.

Caller claimed their name was George and they were calling from Rogers.

called and asked for me by name with british accent, when i answer asked in Chinese accent if it was me.  this was moments after i arrived home from work... then they hung up on me

Have been called twice in the last 3 days. No ID, no message left. I refuse to pick up the phone unless I know who is calling. This caller is irritating.... likely I'll be bugged for days

Anyone file a police report?  Sounds like it's someone checking if people are home to break in or something.  I'm a bit worried.  I did hear breathing too, so it is not some calling system with a computer glitch.

This number called at 5:56 p.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2008. The caller asked for me by first name only and when told that I was not home refused to leave a message.  He did ask if I was gay. (?!) When my wife said "What?!" he hung up abruptly.

CALLS REPEATEDLY AND THERE IS SILENCE THERE. CALLS STARTED DECEMBER 2007. STILL HAPPENING IN JAN 08. WILL REPORT AND TRACE WITH BELL IF IT DOESN'T STOP.

Calls repeatedly with no one on the other end maybe breathing can't really tell. Called the number back and it says it not in service. Called again two minutes later asked for me by name, said wrong number, dead silence. Someone owns this number and neither Rogers, Bell are doing anything about it. Logging a complaint with CRTC

This numbers appears on my call display at least once day for the past week.  It is very annoying, because it keeps waking up on new born.  I wish there was a way to stop them from calling.

Maybe this is somehthing that is set up by Rogers to influence people to buy their call blocking system.  Rogers can pull up information and change services almost instantly when they want to.  I find it hard to believe that they can find out whats going on here.  Of course that is somewhat extreme.  Most likely its someone trying to get information for a scam.  But that doesn't make too much sense becase no one seems to be asked any questions.

calls me every 30 minutes between 9am and 6pm

We have been receiving these calls for a few weeks and it is usually dead air or breathing.  my husband answered once and someone asked for the name that our phone is under (not our real name) my husband said that there was no one here with that name and asked to be taken off their call list and the guy (indian accent) just hung up.  I got the same call today and asked to be taken off the call list and the guy said there is no call list.  he was very rude and sounded quite angry. He also knew my address which kinda freaked me out.  Should I report this to someone and WHO?
