These idiots just don't give up with their credit card scam.  I've pushed the number asking them to stop calling and they still call.  Reported it to the National Do Not Call List and the Kansas attorney general.

I have received six calls from five different numbers in five days from "CARD SERVICES"

Today (10/10/2012) alone, I received calls from four different numbers:

    12:53 pm (417) 800-2325
    1:42 pm (407) 476-5680
    2:40 pm (321) 250-2030
    3:35 pm (609) 318-9785

    Two other calls:
    10/8/2012 2:06 pm (407) 476-5680
    10/05/2012 12:10 pm (417) 800-2309

Also, listed above in an earlier email is contact information which is a telecommunications company,  I contacted the owner of this company and said he is pursuing the matter with his attorney and said HE IS NOT THE CULPABLE PARTY. Below in the courteous email response I received from him which contains five more different numbers besides (417) 800-2325, which are all being used by the unlawful telemarketer "Card Services."

    "Dear Mr. _____

First of all allow me to thank you for calling our company in regards to
these harassing. We have already informed the Federal Communication
    Commission about this situation.
Whomever, is the owner of these numbers is, he/she is ruining our
company's good name, causing damages to us in different forms.
Since we have received many complaint about these numbers and their
activities. We have checked our switches and database. We do not have such
numbers registered with our services. Also when our customers register
with our services, we urged them to compile with the FCC rules and further
not to use our services for telemarketing unless they are calling under a
legal frame. The numbers that have raised our concern are:

    4178002325
    4178002357
    4178387002
    4178002309
    4178002317

If you get calls from other numbers with our caller ID, please contact us
    with this e-mail: complaints@qallcord.com
WE DO NOT HAVE THESE NUMBERS REGISTERED IN OUR COMPANY.

We have already informed the Federal Communication Commission about this
situation. Their information to complain is: complaints@qallcord.com

Also if it might help, we are assuming that these numbers were purchased
from a company named L3 ( www.l3.com.net) in Missouri; however, due to
privacy laws they did not disclose their clients name to us.

Please forward any complaints to the addresses Mr. Ullah suggests.

Until the communications industry quits hiding behind a rock and at least allows consumers to learn the name of even the competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) that sells phone numbers to these illegal telemarketers so that at least the CLEC can be contacted with a complaint, the whole FCC do not call system is largely a farce with lax enforcement for the past 20 years..

There needs to be a congressional inquiry into this and legislation that allows exposure of these people. It's an election year so write, call and phone you elected state senator and representative BEFORE THE ELECTION next month urging them to initiate and support such much needed legislation, which preys mainly on the l;elderly, who are basically the only ones still with land lines. As an example of the increase in these robo calls, here is a link to a recent article:

    Thank you

Just another scam from Card Services.  I despise these guys.  They are sitting off shore spoofing phone numbers.  I'm having to resort to blocking entire area codes with my Digitone just to block them out.  They have to be calling politicians too, so you would think someone in the political world would have already put a hit out on them.  The Do Not Call list is useless against these lowlifes.

Here is an update on a possible responsible party from several of the numbers being used by this group (609) 318-9785 posted under complaints from others about that number:

"The phone carrier for this number (609-318-9785) is PEERLESS NETWORK OF NEW JERSEY, LLC – NJ 312-506-0920 (main number) 888-380-2721 (toll free.) You should file a complaint with PEERLESS NETWORK and complain directly with someone at PEERLESS NETWORK and don't complain via no voice-mail. And call PEERLESS NETWORK every time you receive a call from Card Services (609-318-9785). on the second and third … times tell PEERLESS NETWORK you are updating and/or following up on your earlier complaint. Don’t let PEERLESS NETWORK tell you there is nothing they can do because they can drop Card Services as a client but PEERLESS NETWORK will only do so when keeping Card Services becomes unprofitable to PEERLESS NETWORK because are dealing with our complaints."

The number is being used by a company called "Peerless Network of FL, LLC"    That CLEC agreement (which is the agreement to get the block of phone numbers from AT&T) was signed by Scott Kell and his phone number is 312-282-9323.  You can leave a message there, but I have never heard back.

And a post about another of their associated numbers (407) 476-5680:

"Daniel Meldazis is the Director of Regulatory Affairs and his phone number is 312-506-0933.  I was shocked that he actually answered the phone!   When I talked to Dan, he seemed pretty reasonable and said he would take care of it.  (We'll see.)"

And a post from another of their associated numbers (417)800-2309:

"We get calls from this company 2-3 times a day.  It says it is from "Card Member Services".   It gives option 3 to never hear the call again.   Then, about 20 minutes later, we get a call from "Private Number" (call id blocked).   Again, press option 3.    It goes away for 4-9 hours... until it starts again!

    The same thing happens with 407-476-5680,  407-476-5689,  417-800-2309,  417-800-2317, 786-358-5551

The number is being used by a company called "Peerless Network of FL, LLC"    That CLEC agreement (which is the agreement to get the block of phone numbers from AT&T) was signed by Scott Kell and his phone number is 312-282-9323.  You can leave a message there, but I have never heard back."

So far it looks like peerless is the one to complain to!

417 is a Springfield Mo. area code. I get calls from here all time showing Card Services on my caller ID. If it shows anywhere other than the Springfield area, they have already committed a federal crime by spoofing your caller ID. I just don't answer them any more unless I really want to mess with them. Getting a location on them is hard, but doable. Might cost a few bucks, but when you can file suit against them and gain about 3,000 dollars right up front, go for it.

Our representatives should enact a law mandating that all telemarketers should be charged Twenty-five Cents for each telemarketing call made to any Home or Business.  This charge would appear as a credit on your bill to help compensate for the use of your paid "private" line.

There should be an exemption for telemarketer calls made to the Federal Trade Commission, The White House, All Members of Congress and Telemarketer Calls made to other Telemarketer Call Centers.  These should remain "free."

Oh boy, I thought that these calls were done.  I hadn't gotten one of these since earlier this summer.  Why would one want to talk $ over the phone?  If I get calls from my bank like this, I set them straight, I do not talk about my finances or lack of to someone that I do not see.  Only the phone number came up on caller id.

Wow! That sounds like a winning idea!  You should pursue this through your state and federal leaders.  Maybe, there's a chance that someone would listen. Why should we have to put up with the costs of receiving such garbage.  Good Luck!

I just received a call. As of yet, I don't have a VM.

I've read some of the comments that this company/guy is a pest. For those that become harrassing, I have reported to the FBI. I don't hear back from them after that. ;)
