calls about a 2 year old cable bill, will not accept that I am filing chapter 7 on this debt, keeps calling saying she needs a payment or garnishment will follow.

Keeps calling and calling never leaves a message. I don't answer calls who I don't know.

I have a msg on my answering machine for whoever is calling to say who they are and who they represent or they will be considered as Spam.
These people say only that they have a business matter to discuss and are not solicitors- skirting around my instructions.
Their tactic is to blind side you by having you call and start threatening your financial health before you can get your billing in front of you and be on an equal basis with them when you negotiate the problem.
They treat you like you're a second class citizen.
BTW- all my known bills have been paid or a payment has been made to the account.

I just started getting calls from this number and no one there when I answered.  I will find out where these calls are originating and send off a letter of complaint to that state's AG.  Don't know if that will help, but one can only try.

This number is in the Seattle area.  My daughter's cell phone has a 425 area code and she lives in the north Seattle area.  In the next day or two I will fire off a letter to the Washington State AG requesting that his office intervene on our behalf.  It helped the last time with the Sprint thing.  This outfit now is more than likely from Sprint also, although I am rallly not sure.

I just did a reverse phone number search.  This number is located in Bothell, Washington, a northern suburb of Seattle.

I got a new phone line for my business several months ago and these people continue to call for the previous owner, even though my message is for MY BUSINESS. No message left and hangs up if I answer. I assume it is an automated system.

This is a collection agency Evergreen. if you want to know whata # is Google.com and put the # in search. if its abusiness it will tell you the company

A person named Stephanie calls and says that it is very important that I call back immediately. This is not a solicitation and is regarding a business matter. She calls 4 - 5 times a day and now has become very rude saying that I have not attempted to call her back and I will suffer the consequences if I do not reply soon. I have tried to call back and when I call there is no answer and no answering system picks up. I will no longer try to reach her sense she has become so rude and will not say what the business matter is.

I got several calls from this ph 425-402-6646. The call was from a Stephanie and she called several times but didn't say why she was calling. I later found out it was for a pasted due debt and was being served for a judgement. You should make sure to call back, these ph numbers to find out what about, or you could end up like me with a bill for 1232.60 that was only 600.00 to begin with. Good Luck.

I keep getting a call multiple times a day from this number saying it is a collection agency but I have no oustanding bills.  The same number called me 6 months ago and I paid a bill that they said I had which I never had.  I'm confused as to what to do and if it's a scam or a real collection agency?

Incoming call at 8.23 AM.  Did not answer.  No voicemail left.  Web search of phone number brought me to this site.

The company is a collection agency called Evergreen Professional Recoveries Inc. It is located at 12100 NE 195th St. Ste.325 Bothell, WA. got a call from this # yesterday and again just now. Both times I recieved a voicemail from David telling me he needed a call back and asking me to call 425-368-1150. I'm not calling back because he didn't say what it was regarding.

got a call from this #. message was from Debra, telling me she "needs me to call back today" @ 425.368.1154. just after the call came in, before i even got the message, a neighbor came to my house with a note- phone message- from someone named Debra who is an "old friend of mine" who is trying to locate me. she asked him to bring me this message to give her a call at 425.368.1154 (the same # on the voicemail). just after the neighbor headed back to his place, a car not from my neighborhood that had a guy sitting in it the whole time, watched me come back to my house then took off. i see some comments here saying this is a collection agency. since when are they allowed to follow people around? that would be stalking, not collecting..

called me about 10 minutes ago about a 50$ bill at a medical therapist office that my husband could not pay. He is on SSDI fixed income and that is all we have, and we have three kids.  I told her we were aware of the debt, that we were on fixed income and unable to pay, but if we had unexpected money we would. she interrupted me and said in a very snide tone "Is this a recording????"  I said "How Rude!!!! How Insulting!!! " meanwhile she starts a monotonous speech behind my voice bleh bleh bleh bleh bleh I announce quite clearly (obviously they tape these) that they are not to call again or I will file charge of harassment against them and immediately *69'd them.
