Got a call from "Melanie", at 425-402-6646, that I NEED TO call her back at 425-939-1109 immediately!  She did not say what it was regarding, just that I NEED to call her back.  I do not even know what this call could be for.  I do plan on adding my home # to the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and advise others to do the same.  It will save your precious time and  sanity from having to deal with these "Monsters"!!!  They are truly one of a kind!!

I am on the national do not call registry, but keep getting calls from these people every month or so.  They ask for me by my first name and never use my last name.  When I ask what my last name is, they cant tell me.  I pay ALL bills on time and so know for sure they are just fishing for people with my first name to try to find the person they really are after.  I suggest calling the company at (425) 402-6646.  Ask for the president, Ken Ross, and then give him a piece of your mind.  I just did.  Tell them they need to know who they are calling rather than just fishing for the right person.  If you cant get through to Ken, call Monica Wyler, VP of Sales.  They need to fix their processes so they are sure of who they are calling before they call.  Dont give them your number or you may get even more calls than before.  Only when the cost to them in time for their executives is high enough will they fix their process to stop wasting our time.

Their phone service provider is Verizon N.W. Inc.   President's name is Ken Ross, V.P. Monica Wyler.  Please report these calls to A.G., Better business Bureau, etc. as, that is the only way you can make these lowlife scum leave you alone.  It pays to fight back!

I got a call from Kimberly as well.  Doesnt say anything but tells me she needs me to call her today.  Shes calls me probably twice a day for the last week.

this number 1 425 402 6646 keeps calling me at least 5 times a week saying my name and for me to call them back but yet i don't know them and they never say why they are calling . and i live in Chicago.

My call was from Desirae, who played the "I really want to help you" card. She threatened garnishing wages and such and said that they don't accept payments, only the full amount of the debt. This is for a motorcycle I cosigned on, the loan was defaulted by the owner, and the bike was repossessed. They're now calling at odd hours offering deadlines and telling me I should "Borrow" the upwards of 9 grand to pay off the rest of the loan and then sue the actual owner... what a gem

I keep getting calls from this number, starting at 8AM and they do not leave a message. If I owe them money, they could at least send me a bill through the mail and I have never received a bill from them. When I answer the phone there isn't anyone there or it's just a recording to call a number back. The person on the phone which is a recording when I have answered the phone and the voice is strange and rude!

Got a call from this number sounded like an extremely old lady that only used my first name on the message ( to make me think I knew her I guess ) and told me I needed to call her back urgently? I have no late fees or outstanding balances though I'm confused

I've been getting calls from this number for months now with a, "Hi this is Kimberly" or "Hi, this is Melissa" or whoever. They never tell me where they're from, and they never use my last name. I've been reading complaint posts, just like this, that say it's a number from Everegreen Professional Recoveries. But I have received calls from Evergreen Prof, and they always tell me where they're from.

They called me at 7:25 in the morning! Is that legal?

This number has called me 3 times in the last 10 minutes, leaving 2 messages. If it was that urgent wouldn't they tell me what they are calling about?

I was out of the country when they started calling me.  I have school loans but nothing to be collected until after I graduate.  I have never used credit on anything and have no debts of any sort.  There is no reason whatsoever for a debt agency to continue calling...but they do.  Is this number for a legit company?  Because I have not received a bill in the mail for anything or even an e-mail, so I think that this may be a scam.

This is not a scam, they are a legitimate, although completely unethical collection agency.  I was contacted on the 25th of May, disputed the debt in writting within 30-days of FINALLY receiving any written statement.  They responded to me on July 8, 2011 by mail which arrived on the 18th of July and yesterday afternoon I was served with court documents and they are suing me.  The original PRINCIPLE they reflected in June was 811.00 and change, they now (not even two months later) show a PRINCIPLE of over $1,800.00!!!!  And no, the collections costs, filing fees, attorney fees etc... are all seperate.  Kicker is, I was making payments to the orginal creditor that was a hospital but couldn't pay as much as they wanted.  So my 811.00 bill is now totaling over $2,760.00.  My attorney now has the paperwork and is handeling it.  They are flat out liars, incredibly rude, and thieves.  I will be filing a complaint with the States Attorney General as well for the violation of the F.C.R.A.

These people called me a few weeks ago (# unknown on caller ID), and wanted my payment information (credit card info) but I don't do that over the phone. She wanted me to confirm my address and I regret doing that. And then she asked for my place of work (I told her I'd like to keep that private). WHY WOULD SHE NEED TO KNOW WHERE I WORK? And from reading some of the things on here, it really scares me. I might even tell my boss about this. So I told her to call me back the following Monday, she never did. But now (today) I've got a notice from Evergreen Professional Recoveries saying that I owe a co pay debt of $16. I personally think this is a scam and I intend to find out if this debt that owe is really something I truthfully owe. I will be calling my health provider and finding out if I have anything I owe them. And if I don't, I will know for sure. I might also call these UNPROFESSIONAL people back and asking for a copy of the "bill".
