Good feedback. Evergreen Collection called my father who is 80 years old, on a fixed income and hard of hearing. His representative from Evergreen (I was standing next to him and he had the call on speaker) immediately started haranguing, harrasing and threatening my poor dad. Additionally, our "Melanie" don't remember her name wanted my dad to cough up private information such as SS#, DIB etc. Luckily, he provided none of this and hung up. Very unprofessional. We have also since reported and blocked them.

Calls day and night can't understand the caller

Called me today just said they have a personal matter to discuss and want to verify my information. I refuse to verify and asked why calling they won’t say what other personal matter. I hung up and didn’t continue the call. Feel suspicious
