Record all their calls. DEMAND written validation of any debt be sent through the MAIL. Inform them you are recording and will sue for each and every violation of the FDCPA. Log and record every call. Report them to the FTC, their state attorney general and your state attorney general for every violation. Demand a physical address to send a cease and desist letter telling them to stop calling. Research the FDCPA and SUE EM for every violation, lawyers will take these cases on commission.

Ive gotten 22 calls from a Mr Washington from this collection company! They are all con artists I worked for the biggest con of them all and this Jay Cooley who owns this company is in bed with illegal activities of the other I will not nor will I ever pay a collection agency Ill go straight to the company I owe the money too period! These people need to stop harrasing me and NOT paying the money that has been paid for the so called debt!

I just received a call for my daughter from someone who said they were with RCI. My daughter is grown and has not lived with me for several years. I called them back to find out what the company was and she would only tell me RCI and that she needed my daughter to call back regarding a case against her. She stated that the case is tied to her social and my number was given as a contact number. First off, my daughter does not give my number as a contact number and then the woman said she couldn't give me any information but did tell me that my daughter actually had two cases tied to her.  The number was 972-428-0212, I just wonder if this is the same company that everyone is talking about on here.

the most rude stupid people i have ever dealt with, some mexican lady says i can not mail to a business address i have to use a P O Box, i aksed her why she said, we do not receive mail with our physical address (who does that). the bill in my sons name who is a minor and the insurance company already took care of the bill, so i dont know why they sent me a bill. I am  contacting the Better Business Bureal to lodge a complaint and my attorney over their rubbish.
The urgent care i went to does not even have the bill they sent me, so am wondering how the bill got to them, when the Urgent care never sent me a bill at all.

I recieved a bill from this company for $33.33, it was an original debt of 8.91. I contacting the collection company in regards to this debt, i was told that i needed to pay it i asked the collector who the creditor was and she stated RADIA INC. PS i asked her if there was a number that i can contact them on and she stated that they don't give out that info and that the debt was turned over and that i would be wasting my time contacting them that they wont even talk to me.. she told me i HAD to pay the debt again i stated i have no out of pocket expenses per insurance because they pay out 100%, I told her i would only pay if i actually owed it then she got nasty and i hung up. I Googled the company and did call and did talk to a financial specialist and she stated the debt was paid in full by insurance that they had sent it to collection before receiving the insurance money, they were looking into removing it ... i contacted the collection agency again and got a really nice collector and told her what was going on and she stated the debt was cancelled on May 27, 2014... meaning it isn't in the system since the insurance paid it in full... So if my debt  was cancelled on may 27th 2014 why did the first collector tell me i had to pay it and got nasty with me and told me i couldn't talk to the original creditor? I will be filing a formal complaint with Washington Dept. of finance. I believe some one broke a few laws here...

Here is who you contact in regards to this collection agency per complaints, if you do get a rude collector and you ask who the original debtor is and they don't comply, you hang up and you write a certified letter to the collection agency asking them to not call you any more per such and such number put your cell your work, state in that letter that you would like a copy of the original debt, they have to produce it, if they don't have it they have to remove it from your  credit report and also state that all correspondence will now be done in writing. Make it certified so you have a signature.

My wife received a call from 425-793-3172, all the lady said that this is a attempt to collect ,and to call her back. well don't know what to tell the lady,my wife don't work and neither do i so you can't get blood out of a turnup!!!

What the hospitals don't usually tell you is that they have financial programs and charity care. You have to call them and request the paperwork. Or go see them personally and get it.

Mr. Smith is a false name. I called your office and ask for you, no one works there. Played back the voicemail to the Receptionist (switchboard operator). Got transferred to the manager and over talked, treated with legal action against me for harassment and recording with out there permission.

This business has a lot of problems and issues with the fair credit act/ FTC/ consumer state practices and constitutional violations across the board.

Get a call from them record the conversation with the help of a call recorder. Just state that you are going to record the conversation as well for verification purposes. Only start when you hear the US Law stated statement of this is an attempt to. ........etc. I stated once the Sr. Manager Mrs. Martinez and also to the president/ owner had made harassing and legal action/ privilege with the local police department and legal community.

I am going to file all that I can against them and their lawyers/ legal team for knowledge of what collection of debts and information practices being collected and provided.

False statement stated hear. You can challenge to the claims that you are providing conflicting information to attempt to get a response from the other party you are interested in reaching. I'm sure that you don't do any type of customer deputes. Even if the party you're collecting for does have people doing dedeceptive stuff. Not all people state the truth and want to talk to you. The ones that are trying to figure out what is going on. Your agency claims that your personal information is not there concerns, then state a sarcastic remarks and will demand an answer to the information you requested not to be mentioned. Because you are not certain with their information about a possible mistake on the business you repsent. I'm going to enjoy taking my time in fixing up all the issues of wrongdoing that Renton Collections Inc (look a little bit deeper into them you'll find a great deal of information about Wendy F. true identity with them). Takes sometime doing the right research and confirmation of any kind of information. When I am going to file against them I'll be posting all final juridical rulings in lawful manner of the US Laws.

They have problems with providing comfirmation copiesto the disputing party that is requesting the comfirmation.
