You must be a Walgreen’s employee…..Relax? It’s a marketing ploy that intrudes into your privacy… you should never be automatically opted into this service since you have to act to get out of it.  It is a form of harassment. I have moved my medical prescriptions elsewhere.

Caller ID said it was Walgreens. No Message was left. We get all our prescriptions from Walgreens, however, They always call with local number that is different. I do not believe this is Walgreen's.

It is Walgreen calling and I appreciate it when they do. Sometimes I get reminded to early like today but I can live with that.
As for the above message it does not get old people ( which I am one of them ) to get to order more drugs.  And they call someone because at one time you gave them your number . They do not hunt for someone's information. There is no automatic opt-in It is a great service and I am glad they do it. So breath easy everyone !!!

Yes,  I had this number calling me last month and another call this morning.  I didn't answer either times but realize that when I was getting them last month I was due for a prescription to be refilled and I am due again and they are calling again.  So yes, it would be Walgreens letting me know that my script is running out.

Don't be too paranoid. It really is Walgreen's and they really have refilled a prescription for you. if you're taking it as prescribed, it's time for more. You may have forgotten doing it, but you have to give them permission to do this.

Yep, just Walgreens refill reminder, and I really do have an Rx that is ready for refill.  It is a local number that calls when the actually refill is ready to be picked up.  I actually appreciate this service.

I'm not a Walgreen's employee, and yes at some point you did opt into this service.  I opted into it and you have to tell them you need to be removed for it to happen.

I was called by this number yesterday and they left a message saying it was Walgreen's about a prescription refill.  I had called my local Walgreen's the day before to request two refills which required the doctor's approval.  The message said I needed to call 1-800-234-6320 within 24 hours.  I thought there was something wrong with the order I had placed with the local Walgreen's so I called the 800 number.  It was a recorded message saying I had "won" a "free" 2 day cruise with a $600.00 onboard credit.  It stated all I needed to do was pay $59.95 today with my debit card to secure my "FREE" 2 day cruise.  The $59.95 was to cover the port taxes.  When I pressed 2 to decline the "free" trip, the recording wanted to know if I was sure I wanted to decline since it was a "free" cruise.  I again declined and the call was disconnected.  This may be Walgreen's sometimes, but this was clearly a scam and had nothing to do with any refills.

By Walgreens, I will move all my  medical scripts to Walmart. They don't have harrassing robots.

I don't think it's Walgreens. If you have a prescription filled they call from your local pharmacy. It must be a scam.

Received a call today. No message.  Area code suggests East Valley where I do not live or conduct any business and when I googled the number shows up as a Verizon wireless number.  Since when did Walgreens start using Verizon wireless as their phone provider?  See below:

NANPA : Assigned 2008-10-02 Phoenix, Arizona (Cellco Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless - AZ); Reverse Lookup for 480-263-4100 ...

Blocked number.  If they are legitimate, they should leave a message.

Received a call from 480-263-4100.  Have no idea who it is from, but judging from the posts, it is connected to a scam.

It was Walgreens reminding of my refill that I normally have on a monthly basis. They also left a number for me to call back.

this is an automated message system from Walgreens, letting you know that a medication you take on a regular basis might need to be refilled.  and yes, it really is Walgreens, not some scam looking for anything from you.
