it's Walgreens to call back in regards to your refills.

called me indian accent telling me was with my visa credit card company stating lowering my interest, i don't have a visa card, so i asked which visa card they said bank America & i said i don't have bank of American then he said, wells fargo, then he said capital one & i said he was a lying scammer & i only speak to americans & not people that are not in this country trying to steal my money, i had to tell him again he is a lying scammer cause i don't have visa cards & then he said you are a rotten person & didn't have to talk to me & i said scammer your the one who called my cell phone & i can say anything i want to someone who is trying to steal from me & that he will have bad karma & the gods know he is trying to steal from a high priestess & that i was going to eat his cow & he started stuttering & i told him he called the wrong witch & better never call me again & he said what an ugly person i was & i said not as ugly as you because i don't lie or steal, he started cussing at me & again i told him the gods/goddesses are going to get him so he told me to [***] off & i said yep you just showed your color of being a scammer trying to steal my info cause no one from a legit company would tell me to [***] off & would of known what credit cards i have instead of him guessing rattling off names & didnt even know what cards i had. don't know how to turn these people in.

This really is from Walgreens and is for prescription refills. The first time I received the auto call, the message was cut off. The second time they called, it left a full message. It's legit.

Keeps calling cell phone with no message left

It's a scam folks. Strangely enough I only receive these calls when I have no prescriptions to pick up or and none of my perscripts have refills. I don't believe for one second this is walk reels because their info is wrong, that's a clue and should be a clue to everyone that this is an info gathering attempt.

This is walgreens calling to remind you that you have a prescription to be refilled and a reminder to tell you its filled. It is not spam or solicitation. You agreed to this when you gave them your number as it pertains to prescriptions. Perhaps you don't remember but that is no fault of theirs. Yes it is possible the automated system had an error, it happens. Pretty easy to be removed as well...

It's not a scam - it's an automated follow-up service. They generally leave a message.

Not true. I called my Wallgreens DIRECTLY and they, themselves, informed me that it is a scam to commit identity theft. They further informed me that people nationwide are receiving calls from this 480 phone number claiming to be Wallgreens, but 480 is a Phoenix area code.  Under no circumstances should anyone call them back.

Just recieved a call from this #. They did not leave a message. I am on a no call list. I do not have any outstanding debts.

It is not Walgreens. If I have a script ready it will come from a local phone number. I do not live in AZ.

You are getting unwanted calls even though you are on the Do Not Call list because only sales calls are covered.  In addition, it is only the honest businesses that obey the law and use the Do Not Call list to screen numbers before calling.  It also does not work for exempt calls such as market surveys and opinion polls, political calls, solicitations for charities, debt collectors or any company or their affiliates you have done business with during the past 18 months until you request to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list.  If you do receive an illegal sales call, report it to the DNC website and the FCC since only the latter agency can actually take action against callers.

BTW, scammers are known to spoof the numbers of legitimate businesses in an attempt to get you to answer.

Very  odd. Msg left. Automated that refill time from Walgreen. Need to call this number. I am not up for refill and have always used local Walgreen number for same. I bet this is a scam or my pharmacy would have notified me.
