480-395-2684 - comes up as cell phone on caller ID - leaves no message

Repeated robo calls from this number asking me to participate in a "study" to reduce my energy bills. Pressed 1 to speak to caller. Obvious call center noise in background. Caller claimed she was from "Citizens For a Cleaner America". I asked to be removed from the list. Caller tried to talk around my request: why did I want to be removed from the list? Had I already gotten a free evaluation from them. I repeated my request to be removed from their list. Caller hung up on me.

This is obviously a sales pitch or scam trying to get around the Do Not Call list by pretending to be a survey.
Report these *&$! to the Do Not Call list.

Say "Good Bye and Good Riddance" to these jerks. Google "Digitone". Not an add, just a suggestion.

These jerks call every day!  I report a complaint to the "Do Not Call" list every day.  

It appears to make no difference whatsoever.  :-(

I just received the robo call and I pushed 1 to get more info.  A woman answered "Citizens for a cleaner America" and started talking.  She said it so fast I was unable to initially understand her.  I asked her for the name of the company and she rapidly stated "citizens for a cleaner america, citizens for a cleaner america, citizens for a cleaner america" an then stated was that clear enough for you?   She was very rude.  So when I asked for her website, the operater hung up the phone.
