I receive unwanted telephone calls from this number.

I have been getting calls from this number for several weeks.  I have pushed 5 (or whichever it says) to be removed from the call list several times.  Today I pushed 1 to speak to someone.  I tried to ask questions about it a number of times and the girl talked over me and kept gathering her data.  FInally she asked for my credit status, and I asked why it mattered if this is a free program.  She said "It is just something they collect".  I asked if it was some kind of solar panels or products, and she assured me it was just "free federal money for permanently lowering your electric usage".  Anywhere from $4000 to $15000!  So when she asked what time tomorrow my husband and I would both be there for them to come by, and asked again exactly what it was that they needed to come by for.  She rudely told me this is not a solicitation of any product and no money is involved.  So I said I had pressed 1 to get more information and to find out how to get them to quit calling since pressing the # clearly didn't work.  She shouted "We spent all this time for THIS?!" and hung up.  I have reported to the do not call list.  I think I"ll harrass them back a little though.  When I tried to redial I got a message that said this voice mail box has not been set up.  Hmmm.

I am over this caller.  I wait for the entire message to press 5 ~ as directed in the recorded message ~ and the call is disconnected.  I tried calling the number, no voicemail set up, yet.  I went against my better judgement and pressed 1 for more info ~ as directed in the recorded message ~ and the call was disconnected.  EVERYDAY this number calls me.

I have received seven calls from this number, over three days. Each time it is a recorded message regarding having my electric bills reduced, followed by "press 1 for more information, press 5 to be opted out". I've pressed 5 multiple times to be opted out yet the calls continue. When I try to call the number back it either hangs up on me or goes to voicemail that "has not been set up". When I pressed 1, I spoke to "Josh"; I asked for a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting. I told him this was a business and I've received multiple calls from this number after opting out. He asked me if I was also a homeowner. I said that I needed to be removed from this call list and he then hung up on me.

These folks call quite often.  They've been calling 2-6 times per day for the last 2 weeks.  The only reason I'm not steamed about it is because they get a number disconnected message every time and my phone never rings (I block all unknown numbers this way).

these people call every day - never speak but just hang up when I answer - its driving me crazy...

File a complaint at donotcall.gov.

They leave a message almost every day I am at my wits end when I call the number back it says the person has not set up there voice mail. Today when I answered it hung up and then there was a message any ideas out there?

They called today.  We were out.  No message other than number left on voicemail.

Unwanted call

I do not want to receive any more calls from this number.  When I answer it's a recording.  I tried to call the number back to get off of their list and got a recording that said the persons mail box had not been set up and then the msg. said good bye..

Right on guys digitone is awesome for nuisance calls! I love blocking area codes now, so the solicitors change their number but they are still blocked! Everyone should have the digitone.

Google Phone Tray Free instead. It can do everything digitone can do and doesn't cost anything.

They will never stop calling - my advice is not to pick up because that just verifies that you're a live person.

Caller ID says Cell Phone, AZ.

Every day 7 days a week for the last 3 or 4 months

We've been getting calls from Green Energy Study Group, by a robo caller.  Other websites talk about how they change their name and phone number.  I usually make a complaint to the AZ Attorney General also about these telemarketers.  Two I've complained about were prosecuted.  Worth a try.   http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintformintro.html
