rang once  no msg

I also got a call today from this number, don't recognize, rang once or twice and then no message. thanks for the comments here, won't call back.

Same here.  I just got the call and nothing was said.

Phone didn't even ring..just a missed call with no voice mail. I called back and heard it was for ringback tones and games so I hung up.

Called my cell, rang 3 times, left no message.  I called back and heard something like "Welcome to Haig Cosmo.  Please wait while your [something] is being [something]."  Then, "Turn your cell phone into a cash machine!" I think.  What the ????.

Calls rings and hangs up.   White Pages reverse search shows them as private land line unpublished in Bethlehem, Pa.

same like the rest of the comments  cell rang two times and then it hung up before i answered.

No ringtone then said "hey this is cosmos..wait while we look up your report" or something along those lines. Then it continued to some ad for mobile games. Ridiculous how they have my number

was a "missed call" on my cell....I didn't recognize the area code, so I was curious and checked online and found this site up top of the search results....

called and didn't leave message.  called back and got the message saying thanks for letting us text you in the future.

I got a missed call on my cell from this number. When I called it back the recording said it was "Hey Cosmo"(?), and after staying on the line listening to some sort of add for cell extras, it gave me three options, and by pressing #3 it stated my phone number would be blocked from getting more calls. We'll see!

ditto - received call at 2:32 PM, cali time, picked up, heard a quick 2 words like it was an automated message and it hung up.

I received a call around 2 p.m. this afternoon on my cell and missed the call. I didn't recognize the number so I googled it and saw all these posts about it. I still haven't figured out who it is. The white pages will only show that:
