Got called both at home and cell a many times in the last 4-5 weeks with exactly the same recorded message about automobile warranty expiring.

I got the same call but i missed it when i dial later it said number is disonnected. I just came online to see where the number is from and I am shocked to see these reviews. Some acvtion must be taken for such calls.

keep getting the same as everyone else.

Eh, that should be 5028940098 in the caller id, of course.

Finally had to add this one to the reject list on my phone, most GSM phones have this feature. I use it more and more.

Recieved the same call, already have a warranty.Number was disconnected.
How do we stop this scam.

I get these calls about once a week.  No idea how to stop them.  One can only hope the offending party will be buried under a pile of burning wreckage.

Bogus car warranty "final warning" - same as everyone else. This is the third call.

gotta call an hour ago answered the phone and bitched the guy out. Doubt he will call again and now I have his info. Suggest to register your numbers at Do not call Registry, it prevents telemarketers to call you and if they do, they will have to deal with the Federal Trade Commission

bogus call. got it earlier today. DO NOT ANSWER!!!! they won't stop calling!!!!!

I just got a call from them and pressed "1" to speak with a "warrenty expert".  He says "what is the year, make and model of your car?"  I said "you're the warrenty expert, you tell me."  He said I got a postcard with a pin #.  I said I did not.  He asked for the year make and model again.  I said "since you said my warrenty was about to expire, yet didn't know the year make or model of my car, doesn't that make you a liar?"  he said "that's not a nice to say."  I said "but it's true, why would I want to business with a company that hires liars?" he said "you're right, I am a liar." and hung up.  

I think he was being sarcastic. hmm

I got a call from this number at 9:25pm EST. I live in NYC area but my phone number is for southern california. I have no idea how they would have gotten this number, I didn't answer, but googled the number and this came up. Obviously whoever has this number is calling random people. I have no car nor have I ever had one.

These people started calling me right after I registered on the do not call list for phone numbers. This is ticking me off because they were not calling my cell phone until I registered the number on the federal page for do not call list now they call sometimes two or three times a day.

I just got a call from this number and I didn't answer because I got the same spiel of "your warranty is about to expire". I have NO idea how they got my number because I don't remember putting my cell number on anything. My dad said he got the same call a while back...and he's definitely not one to put his cell number on anything that wouldn't be legit. I've only gotten two calls...hopefully this will stop soon.

they called me four times a day for a week untill I yelled at some guy, he said they took me off the calling list and I still get calls every now and then

I received a call at 7:34 this evening. The automated message stated that this was my "final courtesy call" advising me that my warranty on my automobile will be terminated. There were two options after the automated message,press 1 to have your number withdrawn and 2 to speak with a warranty specialist. Of course I chose 2, coz I wanted to ask them why they keep calling me and I got a live voice who answered warranty dept. and he ask me about my car model then i asked them what is this all about? Then he hung up on me. I was pissed!

I checked this number 502.894.0098 that keeps calling me saying "final courtesy call about car warranty" on the website reverse phone number and i found out the location was Louisville, KY
