I do not know of a court in the land that would give you a judgement for invasion of privacy. Remember that it is MY phone and I don't remember anywhere in my contract that says I have to tolerate unsolicited calls. Ask your supervisor if the company is willing to pay the legal fees associated with an unproveable case.

I have a dying child who they wake up and who is then in agony for 6 hours .. I have asked to be removed from their website  and they still call..does  anyone want to get a letter or petition for the FCC reporting this company asking for an investigation of it's practices??  They need   to be fined and put   out of business

I keep getting calls from this number and no one on the other end will speak to me.  They call all day long and I am tired of these unwanted calls.  Very annoying!!

Calls my house at all hours. Never leaves message. Caller Id reads "Place". I called back left a message stating I am on the national do not call list and to remove my number immediately or they will be reported. Probably won't do any good. Do call list is a joke. I get so many telemarketing calls.

The national DNC list does not apply to Bernett  research. They are not calling people to sell anything, they are simply giving you a chance to be heard by asking for your opinions on specific topics.
