I took your advice and filed a complaint with the FCC as well. I can only assume that if they're ignoring the MO DNC Registry, they probably haven't scrubbed their list at all, and will face civil penalties.

Have received 2 calls on my cell so far.  Haven't answered either time, both at odd hours of the night.  Now that I've seen these posts, I'm going to report it as well.

Interesting - we've gotten several calls from them, but like many of you, if I don't recognize the caller, I wait for them to leave a message. We've gotten a few calls for someone else that I've never heard of before.  I'm gonna try that link to take our number off. I'm also on the DNC list - howcome this doesn't work?

called around 7pm on march 23... right in the middle of dinner!  Wanted to take a survey of people from Hawaii but you're calling from an Oregon number?  

Apparently they claim that they can get around the do not call registry because they are a survey company?

Received three or four calls from Bernett Rsch on 4/11/09.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.  I too am on the DNC registry.  I also received a phone call from a carpet cleaning company.  Maybe those of us who are on the DNC list need to start filing complaints. Evidently there haven't been enough filed and companies that don't respect that list think no one will do anything about it.

BS, I did on many occasions and STILL the calls came in! Find another method of doing the research. Really, in this day and age, fairly accurate surveys can be generated and tailored to specific demographics online. Even the 70+ demographic has a good sampling of internet users. Cold calling is rude, I swore the first day that I opened my doors in the business world that I would NEVER cold call.  Building relationships and community ties opens many more doors and pocketbooks than dialing a random stranger.  That's just fishing with a blind fold on! You're hoping that you have the right bait AND the fish is hungry.  Know what I mean?

My household has been getting tons of calls from this #, going back 2 months now, at times for several days in a row, more than once a day. I think it is some kind of a scam, a phishing expedition to get personal info to attempt maybe an identity theft or something. Surely no legit business would operate this way. This is harassment.

Called me saying they were doing research about radio stations in my area. Took about 20 mins, they had me listen to clips of music. Seemed legit did not ask for any finanical information

you should keep people updated on who you report when your phone# is already on the DNC list;we should know how it is being handled.

They would call all the time, I'd check the caller ID when I got home from work & they called like 5 or 6 times from 9:00 am thru 9:30 pm.

I received two calls from them. I picked up on the second and asked them to remove me from their calling list. They gladly did so. They are a survey group and are therefore not bound by the Do Not Call Registry. That is to stop telemarketing. Feel free to read deatails on the Registry's site to understand what it covers instead of just blabbering about it and making useless claims to the FCC and other organizations. Feel free to rant and rave all you want over this, but it is the truth.
