Just got a call from this number.  I answer as I am on 24/7 call for my elderly mother and may have to deal with her at any time.  It was a recorded message from a political survey.  I just hung up.  I just re-registered on the Do Not Call list about a month ago.  I have unlimited minutes on my cell phone but it is very annoying to receive these calls.

just got a call from this number at 9:23am today Thurs 3/22/12.  caller id said PACTEL......I answered was gonna give them a cussin out.......they never answered when i picked up the phone.......

Just received a phone call - did not answer.  Never answer a phone number you don't recognize, other wise it says you take these calls.  If its important they will leave a message and then you can call them back.

This a "so called" Political Opinions of America. I have gotten calls from them before and immediately hang up. Almost always while I'm at work. Very irritating.

Unfortunately, if it is a supposedly political call, it is ok, even if you are on the do not call registry, as I am. I wish there was a way to tell them to STOP CALLING!!!!

Received calls on my home and cell phone.  No message left.

called me at 6am in the morning, obviously I didn't answer SINCE I WAS SLEEPING, but called back later and discovered it was a mobile survey. If you don't want them to keep calling, you can call back and press 1 when prompted in order to be permanently removed from the list.

received a call just now. didn't answer. Call was from Astoria,OR. I don't know anyone there so I don't answer it.

I recieved a call from this same number.  I answered. At first it was just dead air, then I heard heavy breathing.  When I asked "Who is this??" They answered "I will find you..."  I immediately hung up. Anyone else getting something similar???

just got this call at 9:31am in northern calif. did not answer because I don't know anybody in beaver oregon. If they want to get a hold of you they'll leave a message.

Keep getting calls at leastonce a day.  everytime i answer its an automated voice sking if i have time for a quick political survey and if sohang on the line after bc you have won a cruise.  LEAVE ME ALONE

Got two calls in a row from this # on our business line. First time dead air. The number immediately called back after I hung up - answered again - dead air again.

This number supposedly from Astoria, OR, is spam.  It sometimes leaves a voice mail regarding some sort of survey.  I don't know how they got my personal cell but I don't know anyone in Oregon so I just don't answer it.
