Some company is leaking information, ebay, royal bank, maybe one of the websites got "hacked", yikes!

Called and asked for my daughter (used her name).  Not recognizing the number, I was very surprised to have anyone call for her at our number (she doesn't live here).  When I asked the called to leave a message, the line went dead.  The caller was a male with a voice placing him in the age range of about 25-30yrs.

I think they have a database of cell numbers from Toronto, or some Canadian company is leaking numbers. Big push seems to be gold option trading right now. Caller wants me to commit $5 k. In this case number used 4048935542. Based in Panama so out of US jurisdiction. Not on google ... sketchy. Knowledgeable staff to a degree but never heard of them prior to receiving a call one day on my cellphone. Invited to call back 18002421704 if serious about moving forward.

I see some negative comments being written about this company called Buttonwood. I am an active trader in many different investments and have dealt with many companies. I have made made and lost money with this company Buttonwood and am satisfied with my experience with them and would consider them a legit company to invest with. Just because some people lose money with certain investments does not automatically make the comapny a scam. Good luck investing in the future, I am staying in the game

You guys must be fired ex-employees, or angry ex-wives. I have traded with these people and traded their records as well as mine. Buttonwood is a brokerage they don’t even handle money, the clearing firm is where my money came from when I wanted $20,000 back home, and they got it to me within days, I’ve made money with them and I’ve some losing trades too, they only deal with commodities. These “Bathroom-wall-scribblers” blogging here must be sore losers.

I recently had one guy Ted Freedman call and after a number of calls I agreed to place $20,000 US on Unleaded Gasoline options. within 3 days he rang very excitedly saying a lot was happening and he put me through to Michael Stark who then proceed to talk for 98minutes yes 98 minutes on an international call and "sold me UP into more contracts" beyond my capacity to meet .......Is this their MO?

hi there, I has the same sernario. Have you recieved any money back. I have been waiting 3 weeks for our money after taking a huge loss, as they were trying to sell me more also, but I decided not to.

Don't deal with Button Wood. This is a scam. I have lost money and they have [***] their way right to the bank.

I got scammed to I did $4000.00. People like this should be shot. They are full of crap. Ted Freeman and Micheal Stark. If I had the money I would hunt them down. Sorry you lost so much. They are very smooth talkers until you ask for some money back, then they don't answer your calls.

This sounds exactly like the line one of these guys told me over the phone. This is written up from Micheal Stark from Buttonwood. Leave it alone. It is a scam.

I have been trying (and fruitlessly) to get one Paul E. Iwankowski to return questions and calls from CR for months now regarding my quite healthy investment in Vista Pacifica Heights...there in Punteranas...Central Pacific.

I cannot believe how both he and his attorney, Carlos Hernandez...are relatively suddenly "unavailable".

What do you know of their involvment in land deals please? And / or if you know anything of Wellington Asset Management HQ, San Jose...I sure would like to get more information...if only to bring class action.

it's a SCAM!!!! They say they are in a big hige rise in Panama and have a pretty photo of this location on their website, but there actually in Costa Rica working out of a dingy apartment...these guys are all CROOKS and eventually will be locked up where they belong.

Hi, was called yeserday and have been called by the same people now of and on for about 2 or 3 years.
Last year and early this year it was ButtonwoddLLC and yesterday it was http://www.lexingtontrade.com/ I wont invest anything with them as i dont trust them. If I could go around and see them I might have a bit more faith in them.
