This number belongs to Municipal Services Breau, a collection agency for various Texas municipalities that tries to collect on unpaid tickets.

They also do debt collection for customers other than Texas municipalities.  Debt collector for hospitals/medical services, credit cards, etc.  They may be affiliated with Valentine & Kelbartas, a debt collection agency in the northeast that has a pretty unsavory reputation, although I am not sure of this.

SUrely they are collecting for Baylor medical center in Irving TX

They are trying to collect for a automated video ticket of my car running a red light.  I have no intention of paying them.  I wasn't driving the car!

Every day I get a phone call from this number. It's funny how it goes from being an urgent court matter to an urgent and outstanding matter. Tempted to call them back and ask where are the cops at with the court papers!

this number called and left a message saying i have an urgent court matter. they are trying to collect money for a ticket that my husband PAID 8 yrs ago!!

get calls from this number up to three times a day.  How do you stop them?

Ditto to everyone.  I paid a traffic ticket late from a camera at an intersection.

I told them I wouldn't pay it and now I get the occasional call.

"It's ugent about court" is the message.  They can't take you to court for a "late fee".  I guess giving the number was a mistake but now I can call it harrassment -- right?

Received a phone call I picked up 10/25 for "Troy". I said it was a wrong number and hung up without further conversation or without thinking about it again. Next three days, I received 3 separate voicemails, each requesting a call back to 800-295-0851 regarding an "urgent court matter". Finally called after the third one to tell them to stop calling. They said the number had been given to them by some guy named Troy and said they would take me off the list. I'll post again if the calls do not stop.

Told them to take my number off thier list.   Called the number back 512-906-3892 and got the same guy who called me stating it was Municipal Services Bureau and informed him I was calling back to see what they were since he did not identify himself.

These people do not stop calling!  My total ticket was $205 WITH their added fees.  I arranged a payment plan and PAID on time past 2 months as agreed, and still they are calling me every day.

Went to court for an expired car tags ticket.  Paid the ticket over a year ago.  Have recently been receiving calls from "Municipal Services Bureau" all day and even 10pm at night from 512-906-3892.  The number is from a landline in La Vernia, Texas in Wilson County.  These people are relentless and need to be reported for harassment, something I definitely intend to do.  Seems "this is regarding an urgent court matter" is their calling line.

I got several calls, which I ignored... but I finally spoke to nice lady who ask for someone I don't know.. she ask if I had this number long, I told her since 2005. She said she was working on finding this person who gave her my number in 2001. She took my number off her calling list. If I get any other calls I will post again. But I think this company works really old court collection matters, with really old contact information.

I received four phone calls from 512-906-3892.  A recording of a woman with a British accent said I had an ungent court matter and to call 800-295-0851.  I knew it was a scam of some type so I just hung up,but they continued to call.  All calls received within a few seconds of each other.  The accent was so fake that I couldn't even understand what she was saying until I reached this posting.  I don't live in Texas and have never gotten a ticket as far as I know I don't owe anyone unpaid debts.  This is a releativly new phone number only a few months old.
