They also are trying to collect a photo ticket from San Joaquin county California I moved out of state and only paid a portion of the ticket so it didnt become a warrant

I have gotten several calls from this company over many months.  When I call them, they say they are not calling me.  I explain that I am hitting re-dial to return their call, so they obviously are calling me.  They have not stopped calling me.

Fake collector call we owe no courts anything. Texas company calling me in Oregon is first alert that it is a scam.
Courts here will give yo a notice to appear if you owe fines then if you don't show  or pay they will come get you.All court matters handled by mail or sheriff dept. not robo calls.FAKE SCAM

I recognize four of those numbers! MSB (Municipal Services Bureau) is a legitimate company and my hubby's surcharge is handled through them, but I wonder if perhaps the name was cherry-picked the way some scammers do with law firm names to make themselves sound legitimate? They leave no voicemail.

I've had three calls from this number. They are trying to collect on a 10 year old parking ticket and an 8 year old fix-it ticket for no front plate on my car. They try to use cheap intimidation tactics like threatening to have your drivers license revoked or having a bench warrant issued for you. Neither of which they are capable of.

I received a call from 512-906-3892, Austin TX.  They left no message so it must not have been important.

I have received many calls from this number 512-906-3892.  They have only left one message mentioning something about Municipalities.  I called them back and music played, no one answered after 60 seconds, so I hung up.

They call me every single day at various times. I have answered a few times, at least twice I play along and 'press 1 to speak to an operator' about this urgent court matter. Then I just hear this hold music for minutes at a time. So I have no idea if they are trying to collect a debt or scam. Any collection agency that has called me in the past has been pretty clear about what they're calling for, so I'm leaning toward scam here.

I live in Hawaii and have never been to Texas.

Was it a Texas ticket or was it from your state of residence?

While I wish you luck in your endeavors to collect the big bucks on this matter, I believe that traffic violations are a matter of public record.  If you do indeed have an outstanding ticket that has gone unpaid you really can't do much about your private, unlisted and personal confidential information being given without your authorization and consent permission.  That is part of what breaking the law entitles someone to come looking for you with, that personal information.  If you do not have the traffic violation then you may be able to make a case against them for harassing your if you can prove you do not owe anyone money for traffic violations.  Let us know how that turns out for you.

These guys buy charge-offs from courts (fines, restitution, etc.) that the courts don't have the motivation or resources to collect on. They can't threaten you with court proceedings, because the debt has already been charged off and written off by the court.

Called several times, leaves a voice mail that began recording as soon as the call was connected so most of the message was not recorded.  Only last 4 digits of the call back number was recorded.  Have received the same recording on my cell phone but from a different number.  That call gave the same last 4 digits in the call back number.  Message was IRS was going to sue me, to call to discuss the case file.

This company changes their phone number constantly and they keep on calling here!  I keep reporting them to the donotcall registry but they keep changing their number so they can harass us.  I have no tickets and no medical bills, but they won't stop calling!

I receive more than one call every day for all list one month.....
