Just as a bit of additional info, this number appears to be a cell phone call (carrier is CELLCO PARTNERSHIP DBA VERIZON WIRELESS - TX). Personally, I wouldn't give/confirm ANY info to ANY company calling from a cell number.

Gila Group, they call, never leave a message. I block their number. They change the number and get blocked again. This has been going on for the past year at least.

Why do you continue to call my  home phone # 520-294-4584. Take my number off your list..Please....

Called twice within 5 minutes.  Called them and they read my number from caller ID.  Stated I owe a Red Light Ticket from 2008 and needed to know how I was planning to pay it tonight.  I started laughing and was told to keep this professional.  Told them to send "Proof".  They wanted my address.  Told them if you have this alleged ticket, you have my information.  Can't wait to see what they send.

Constant calls several times a day. I finally answered to request them to stop. I got a recording to hold for an operator.  At least 10 mins later I was cut off. That was a month ago and I'm still receiving calls.

These [***] keep calling,so i reported them to the FCC i think everybody should take the time and do the same.

This is obviously a wrong number, I do not owe any tickets or have outstanding bills.

Call several times a day for months! Speak correct English if you want us to think you are legit! I'm reporting to Feds cause on do not call list they must stop calling when you tell them that.

Who calls at 9 p.m. for urgent debt collections. I don't know, but that seems kinda fishy.

DNC doesn't apply to debt collectors.  They won't stop calling.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Also you can send them a cease and desist order.

I have been getting this call on my cell and hime phone for the past 2 months. They call starting 7:30 in the morning and continue to call until 10 at night. I don't have any tickets to my knowledge.  I have never received anything in the mail saying I did even for a red light. All the recording says is to call them back for a municipal matter. Sorry, not calling back if that is all it can say. Send it in writing!

NO, it does not. that is a fake name they use, and it may be a collections unit for something but i am in oregon and they called me here. I have never had a car or driven at all in texas, only visited there once, about 35 years ago. Don't know anyone in Texas either. I have NO clue what they would be calling me for, they just left a caller id and a message using that Municipal name. FAKE name. It says Gila Corp on the caller ID, that is a collections company. NOT a governmental unit.

They left 2 messages, and falsely said they are the Municipal Services Bureau. Which is extremely deceptive. It isn't a governmental unit. They use this to deceive and intimidate everyone. It also is not limited to any one city apparently, as I am in Oregon and they called me, but others are in other states. Obviously not in MY city! There is NO reason for them to call me, I don't have any collections I know of and I didn't run any red lights, etc. If they are calling you but you have not first received any letter int he mail about the same matter, then they are really using unethical tactics and may be trying to find someone with a similar name to yours. This is jut not acceptable behavior and they should be chastised.

it's quite illegal for anyone to call you that much, to collect a debt or for any reason. It is harassment and you should report them, file a claim, and sue them for breach of your state laws or federal collection laws. They call people who are not even the right person etc so you might be able to kick their [***] and make them pay you money for this violation.

DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING ON THE PHONE OR IN ANY WAY UNLESS YOU CAN VERIFY.
i also got calls with robocall messages left, caller ID says 512-906-3892 BUT  the 800 number the message says to call, is 800-295-0851.
it is Gila Corp or a fake, which is masquerading as the local City gov't. ("Municipal Services Bureau"). It could be a real legit collections corp or it could just be someone using the real Gila Corp name as a fake caller ID number and name.
BUT IT IS HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS BECAUSE  I and others don't have anything outstanding that could be collected, and have not received any letters which would be the first required step in collections. .

"Ilimano" needs to know he/she is not dealing with a wrong number or matter of phone manners.  He/She needs advice on how to protect themselves from being harassed and menaced into paying a phony debt.

You are being called by a debt scammer.  In the short run, you need to ignore and block these calls.  Do NOT talk to these crooks, do NOT call them back.  If you talk to them, they will only keep calling to threaten and harass you.  I am posting links to info on this site that should be of help if these scammers keep calling.  A phone call is NOT legal notice of a debt.   Links follow.
