Received seven calls from this number while online with a Macy’s customer  Service representative.  I asked if this was her calling me and she denied it was her.  She later said, something happened to the system and she would call me.  I blocked this number after getting seven calls with no message left.  I called Macy’s customer service telephone number in order to obtain their help. Very strange.

For about a week now I have been getting calls from this number which have been waking me up or making me drop what I am doing to answer the phone. It only rings once and then nothing.  It happens 5 or 6 times a day and I want it stopped immediately as I am on the Do Not Call List and will have to report this to authorities  if it continues.  Thank you.

Received a call from this number, it was Macy's calling to offer assistance for my recent wedding registry.  Nothing bad, just don't like answering unknown numbers.  People... Chill out... Jesus....

I received a call today and they said that they were calling to confirm that I made a purchase from Bloomingdale's. I told her that I did not and she asked me if I had a credit card ending in xXxX. I told her that I'm not verifying any personal card info with her but note that I didn't make a purchase from Bloomingdales.  We checked our credit card where there was a $300+ pending charge which me immediately reported as fraud.  I can't say whether or not this number is a scam but they did alert us to a fraudulent charge.

They just called me.  I don’t associate with Macy’s.  Blocking the number.

Macys I had my acct set on auto pay for months now they say it wasn't charged me late fee paid it off cut card up threw in trash

This number is being spoofed from somewhere else. So it’s the real number from Macy’s in Ohio. However because it’s being spoofed it’s being called from somewhere else so it can be a scam. Because the people that called me were not from Macy’s they were spoofing this number. I didn’t give any information. Be very careful look on the back of credit card call it yourself. If you made purchase call the number yourself.

I applied for a job at the local Macy's, got a call from this number that was basically them reaching out to me to talk about my application and set up an interview.

If it were really Macy's calling about your order, why would they hang up when you answered?

I just received a call from this number . A very nice gentleman was calling to verify a suspicious credit card account in my name. I’ve shopped at Macy’s but not in years. I asked what was the purpose of the call and he informed me that someone tried to use my information to open a credit account in my name! I told him no ,and I asked when this occurred . He told me Tuesday (it’s now Friday). After answering his questions the account was blocked! What an awesome service!

I really speechless of the women  keep calling me to regarding Macy’s credit info  I’m definitely sure she is scammer.

Received call from 513-398-5221 - said they were from Macy's and we should call back 800-203-3481 with my account number and the special code they left  on the message.   This was for my 90 year old mom who hasn't shopped in Macy's for a year or more.

Macy's and Bloomingdale's are the same company. Their credit card services are a contracted company.
