Im getting 5-7 daily as well.. Sunday Morning a 0830 is Absolute BS! Glad I know its Macys

This number shows up from Mason, OH; I live about 3 thousand miles away from there. They harass me at a minimum of 5 times a day, to include as early at 0400 hours. Please help

It's Macy's call center. Just call them back and get your number removed from their system if you don't have any accounts with them. The customer service rep was polite and helpful. Hope this helps.

I got this call about. 8 times in 2 days and it s weird so I called Macy's. I'm glad I did . I had a scheduled payment that I mistakenly put the wrong post date on. They didn't receive my payment and I corrected it right away. The calls are still strange but they did prompt me to call Macy's and I did find out there actually was a problem.

I keep on getting these calls about 4 times a day.  They never leave a message.  I called them back and then said it was Macy's.  They asked me if i have an account with Macy's or Bloomingdale's. I said now.  They asked me if i knew so and so.. a females name.  I said no.  The rep said he would then remove my name from their database.  He was a complete jerk.  A**hole.

No it is not.....I owe nothing.  But I do have an account.  They used the first to initials my husband uses for surveys on line.  But I use my full name on Macy accounts

How do we get them to STOP calling?  I must get 20 calls a day.  Here are the other numbers:

My bill is paid up - these people call at 8:30 on a Sunday morning - ridiculous!   And when I verify that I am Kim they hang up on me -- did that twice today

I keep getting these calls too. I saw someone say it's Macy's so I double checked my account and it's up to date - I do not have past due bills and I'm not over the credit limit, they would have no reason to call me. One time they left a message and said it was a "personal matter" which isn't what typical debt collectors usually say, plus I'm up to date on all my credit accounts. Sounds fishy to me.

The number 513-754-9852 is from one of many Macy's call centers.  They will call even if your bill is paid in full.  These calls started for me right after Christmas, when my Macy's balance was not due until the end of January of 2013.  I called my local Macy's store to complain and the store manager stated that she gets the same phone calls and that there was not a thing she could due about it.  At that point, I gathered all the Christmas presents I purchased for my wife at Macy's and returned them all to Macy's for a full refund.  Now when I receive calls from that number, I answer the phone with an air horn.  Someone's ears is getting an ear full !!

got two calls from this number today, nobody on the other end of the line.

Received a ca"ll. I said "hello".  Nothing, I said "HELLO".  After a bit of silence, someone rudely said "hello?".  I wanted to say WHAT, you called me"?  I said "I said hello!"  Then they ased to speak to me by name.  I said "yes"?  He starts spewing somethign with a heavy Indian accent.  I hung up saying I couldn't understand a word you are saying...  RUDE!

Their phone location may indicate Ohio, but I guarantee you the person I spoke with was not in Ohio!  Could barely speak English!

I'm getting 6 call a day the Person is not  leave no message don't want any more calls. Macy's should be more professional than that..... if you can' leave a message don't call
