I got a missed call from this number (513) 754-9852 but did not leave a message.  I called back and nobody answers.  I wonder what the call is all about.

Called my cell phone. Did not know the number. Did not answer.

Thus number called about 4 times today.  The name that comes up is Macy's Bloomers. I don't answer. No messages are left

received 5 calls in a two day period.  Called the number back and confirmed it was Macy's & Bloomingdale's.  Asked the representative to remove my number, which he did.  Very courteous.

I've never had a card with Macy's so I'm not sure why they suddenly started calling me 3x/day.  Nobody answers when I call back.

I got the same call from the same number, didn't answer it either.

I Googled it and everything pointed to Macy's.

Sure enough i checked my bill and payment was past due.

I paid my bill and they stop calling.

My advice? If you don't have a card, answer it and say that they have a wrong number.

It IS Macy's! Good luck getting them to stop calling. They were suppose to stop calling me 6 weeks ago cause I called them to stop this stupid bull sht but they keep calling anyway. My bill is not due till next month. They have lawsuits against them for robo calling cell phones. Do an internet search & you will see it under "Macy's Lawsuits".

I went into Macy's & paid all of my bill. Soooo why do they still call me 6 times a day? It was paid 5 days ago. I do not owe them a penny! This is clearly harrassment & I will not use their credit card again. Get it together Macy's!!!!!

For those of you who don't have a Macy's account or don't owe them anything here is what I did. I kept getting calls from Macy's and I don't have nor ever had a Macy's account and don't shop there so I filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The calls got stopped and I got a letter from Macy's Executive Office saying my number was entered in error and that I shouldn't receive anymore calls. Call ID Displays: Macs Bloomies, 1-513-754-9852: This same phone number called yesterday and did not leave a message. When I called back I reached a recording that states, "Your call may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance"....then someone comes on the phone and asks for my account number. Nope sorry, this can't be right...BLOCKED and reported to DoNotCall.Gov! Scam artists!

First of all, the person here who wrote a complaint named, "Bill Payer replies to No Macy's here" is part of the scam...so DO NOT CLICK on the site in his/her message...he's as bad as the dirtbags who are calling trying to defraud you! A real business will leave a message, not hang up after 2 rings!!!

Multiple calls early in the morning on a SUNDAY from these idiots! They only ring 2 times and hang up without leaving a message...all the signs of credit FRAUD! Don't give them anything on you! Questions on a bill or mater...call the phone number on your card or statement! NEVER give info out to any strange caller like this! REPORTED to DoNotCall.Gov  and BLOCKED!
