Apparently we can’t. I’ve blocked many times auto, through ATT ID Protect

This is Macy's/ Blooimingdales collections department.

Many calls receive from this number.. originally started as SPAM Suspect then now it Debt Collector.

My husband got a call from this number asking for me saying our American Express had not been paid for two months.  The person wanted him to do a payment of $102 over the phone immediately to prevent our card being shut down.

Many calls everyday no message. Stop calling.

I assumed this was spam, so didn't answer. when I called back it said "Thank you for calling the Macys and Bloomingdale's payment assistant department.

They were rude and gave fraudent flag a big wave

This number is the third one that whoever is calling is using . I blocked two other similar numbers and they just called from this one . They change the last 4 numbers only

This IS Macy's collections.  I was on an online chat with a representative about something else so I asked him about it.  I forgot to make my payment a couple of days ago so they start calling as soon as it's late.  However their practices are not in accordance with credit collection laws.  I'm going to report them for their practices.

since it is an original creditor there are no collection laws, so I don't know who you are going to report them to. Certainly not any federal agencies. If you live in one of 5 states you may get somewhere reporting them to that particular State AG. However you have not described anything that is actionable other then they called you because you are late, which you admit.

This phone number keeps on calling all day long. Starts at about 8 am and continues to call every few hours a day for days now. I have a log that I keep to see how many times this person without a life can call a phone number. If you are a legit company, you will leave a valid message and the hours in which to call them back at.
You should get a life outside. The world is a beautiful place and you are just wasting people's time and yours by keep on calling the same number all day and night long. Get a job so you will be legit, cause one day you will be caught and then what??? You should get a hobby of some sort that doesn't bother other people.

If they call "all day long", have you considered blocking the number?
As for the caller not having a life, it's probably a computer dialler not a real person.
