Caller ID was Patel Ravi  516-340-2446. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. But they called 3 times right in a row. I was curious to find out who it was but I didn't want to get into a stupid conversation with a person who was probably a scammer. But with a name appearing, I came here to see what's been reported. If this number calls again, I will answer and report it it again. I've never had someone call me 3 times in a row before. That rather made me nervous.

2ND GO ROUND WITH RAVI PATEL.  HE IS NASTY.  YELLS.  CLAIMS I'VE HAD SURGERY.  CAN'T WE STOP THIS WHACK JOB?

Another scammer calling my cell phone.  I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, and this number had called me before so I had already added it to my F***ING ILLEGAL CALLS contact.  My DEFAULT ringtone is SILENT so I never hear the scammers calling me -- friends & family members have their own ringtones so I don't miss those calls.  It's the only way I've been able to deal with the criminals who constantly call.  (And for those who complain that the do-not-call list doesn't work:  it DOES work for legitimate callers -- it does NOT work against criminals, which these scammers are!)

Get this call daily on cell and home phone. Foreigner stating false information and want correct one.

Got a call today from this number asking for my wife.  Man with thick Indian accent saying he was with the "medical reimbursement"  department calling about my wife's recent surgery.  (She did not have surgery).  I asked him what company he was calling from.  He said, "No, no, I am not from a company.  I work for a group of lawyers."  "Didn't your mother or your wife have surgery recently?"  
I said, "you are crazy" and hung up.  

Call blocker might help.

I have been getting these bizarre calls all summer. Pakistani or Indian accents. Rude.  
Weird references to medical compensation.

We have asked them to stop calling our number for a couple months. Today, the [***] refused to remove our number at least 8 times and wouldn't let us talk to a Supervisor.

I get calls from this number every two-three days. I never pick up because I don't know a ravi patel, but its been going on for months.  There is never a message left; just a hang-up.

When I ask why they hang up I get called a dumb bi*ch

After getting more than 20 calls from this number at all times of the day, it will never happen again! Called my ISP and they completely blocked this number, they said that they can block up to 10 numbers and once blocked I will never get another call from that number again. I've got 9 more number blocks left, and if I need them I will use them.. Thank you Mediacom!!

Continues to call evan though I have REPEATEDLY told them there is no one at this number by the name they are calling for.  

This guy that sounds like he's from India, calls almost everyday and asks personal information about what kind of birth control I use.  I tell him I am 73 and to stop calling me.  He says he'll take my number off his list, but has not happened.  Sick, sick of it!!!

This strange conversation came and ask for surgery and cancer in my family and why would I care for his help if IDK him if I knew then I would go to the hospital right away. I knew it was a prank call and another scam number was 6086636132 at the same day and I'm irrated by these calls.

This "Ravi Patel" 516-340-2446 has called my house no less than 6 times in the last two hours.  Does not leave a message.  My husband picked up once and ........nothing.
