Call blocked by my cell phone app because the # is not in the contact list. Saved myself some aggravation.

Use "Troy NY" when they called at 12:25 P.M. Left no message.  Wasting my time and theirs.

I answer and press 1. I tell them I have 10k at 18% credit card debt. When they ask me for credit card info I tell them I have to get my wallet out of the car and please wait. Then I put the phone down and go about my business. The last caller held for almost 10 minutes. I can't stop them from calling but I sure as hell can waste their time. The best thing is, nothing else phases them but this pisses them off! And it makes my day!

If this was a "real" person the situation would be totally different. A real person would have some regard for others. These "people" don't care.

Got a call today c.I.D says info. Survey.
  Don't do surveys!  &  don't give to charity & don't give a damn! Who don't like it!!
No need to lower interest, no computor virsus,or no need for any medical compensation!  Never answer their call or call back any co.Robocalls telemarketers wish they stop o.K sometimes
get an e-mail me for a survey  i   tell them no!  Or when i call  "at& stupid t "c/s  will always ask for a survey or anyone!

These people are driving me nuts. They call almost daily, changing their phone numbers every time. The auto bot voice says "This is credit card services. There is nothing wrong with your card,but we would like to lower your interest rate...blah blah blah.

We had our 50 or maybe 100th call regarding lower our credit card interest rates............. Wished they would add another category to the drop down on Call Type: how about nuisance call?

How is it these people have been running this scam to rip off peoples identity and NOTHING is or has been done to these domestic terrorists

I have in the past kept them on the line and one time I had them going for over 1/2 hour.
When they finally figured out what I was doing the so called supervisor gave up and said to me "This is all just a big joke to you isn't it?" and I smiled and said YUP :-)
His reply was "Good one".

Because they're not domestic. They're in China.

"INFO SURVEY" is just the caller ID for today, for Credit Card services.

Remember keep them on the line as long as possible, with out giving out your info.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Saw the Call   id said TROY..   Thought of trojan Horse & said SCAM..   refused to answer call without Goog tthe #  and yes I was right.. SCAM..

Blocking at least gives you a little satisfaction and buys some time.

Kept getting calls, got tired of being hung up on when asking to remove my number, so now I press 1, and say YES to every question they ask me till the idiots realize their the ones being played! Me 5 - Scam - 0!!! Give it a try for yourself!

Good luck with that, I once managed to get to talk to someone who claimed to be a supervisor at Credit Card Services, he told me that it didn't matter what I did, they would NEVER stop calling me.  I had told them that I would push #9 to speak to one of their reps every time they called and waste as much of their time as I could, he said it didn't matter they would never stop calling me.  After that the calls increased, not decrease, sometimes 5-8 calls per day.  They spoof numbers on the caller ID, so they appear to be coming from my hometown, they spoofed my own number so it looked like I was calling myself.  The only way I have been able to reduce them, but not completely eliminate is to buy a call blocker with over 1000 possible blocked numbers, I have over 200 so far blocked.  I would definitely vote for ANY politician who could put these people out of business.  Why some lawyer doesn't get a class action lawsuit going against these people is beyond me.

Thank you everyone for your input on the latest information.  I've gone through our phone and we have received these calls over the last 3-4 days with "INFO SURVEY" appearing in our caller ID:

I get these robocalls from various numbers.  Best solution IMHO is to keep blocking the numbers as they come in.  My "landline" VOIP phone service is Ooma Premier, which allows me to block up to 256 numbers. (No, this is not a plug for Ooma, nor do I work for them.) Anyway, I blocked this number, and also made a complaint with donotcall.gov
