Caller ID said Consmer Dbt Rlf but really the same Card Service scammers.   Wanted to know how much credit card debt I had.  Burn in hell.

This is Bridget again.  Different number.  Somebody must be paying off the FTC.

Call at east 3 times a week asking to call them back to talk to a rep or press 2 to stop calls which doesn't stop the calls.

These perverts are at it again! The caller ID comes up as INFO SURVEY - what a blatant violation of the Do Not Call list! This is about the 85th time this month that a recorded message has told me "this is my final notice"! Too bad all these politicians can't do something useful for a change and stop this harassment.

They call 2 or 3 times a day. I press their "remove" no# but they keep calling. Caller ID says "INFO SURVEY" but when you answer they have a credit card sales pitch.

BUT they keep calling!!

They have changed their caller ID display that shows up on the home phone…..it now says Info Survey…they keep rotating their phone numbers using all sorts of area codes across the country.  There is no way to block successfully due to their rotating area codes and they give you no option to opt out.  They call midmorning and mid evening.   I can't believe enough people fall for their scheme to make it worth their time.   oh well…….

These guys have been calling me at least once a week for the past few months.  Finally today, solely out of curiosity, I pressed the button to speak with an agent.  The person on the other end represented herself as Cardholder Services from Visa and Mastercard Corporation, offering an interest rate reduction on credit cards carrying a balance due to my excellent payment history.  When she asked for my credit card account number, I asked how to validate that they were legitimate and not a credit card scammer.  She insisted that "as a long time consumer, I should know" that they needed my personal information to validate my identity.  When I refused to share my information, I was transferred to her "supervisor" who pointed me to their (substance-less) website and gave me the hard sell as to why they were legit.  Notably, the details of the "benefits" they were offering me was entirely different from the previous representative I spoke with (1% permanent rate reduction versus 0% promotional rate for 12-187 months on all cards).  I finally told him that I was not interested, hung up, and blocked the number.

Another call at 5:48 p.m. while I was out.  No message left.

Credit card scammer that's called me multiple times and will even leave robotic voicemails. They need to die AND NOT CALL ME AT 6AM!

Caller ID says its from Consumer Debt Credit Relief.   518-244-8590.  They call constantly, we blocked this number. These people should be arrested for harassment of the general public.
