Carman calls every day to lower my bank account.  Thank your government for allowing this scam to continue.

Scammer "credit card services" co. saying they can reduce interest rates and lower debt payments. They are CRIMINALS looking for "PII" who repeatedly call home and cell phone numbers that are on the DoNotCall registry, even when asked to stop.

this number repeatedly call my cell phone and leave a 'lower your credit card interest rate' message. Who can stop them!!

Be careful of angering these scammers as they will do something that gets you calls from a survey that will continue to call if you hang up. If you answer the survey call it will be the cowardly little thieves that you angered in the previous credit scam call . These thieving cowards need to be dealt with permanently. Guess no one has the ability to do that. Too bad as they are very like terrorists.

if they get enough people reporting the numbers ( I have over 100 different numbers for robo rachel and robo bridget on my blocked caller list AND reported to the FTC) they might be able to track these scum down and prosecute them

Use the automatic reject feature on your smart phone or ask your carrier how to block numbers on your phone/

It is a robo calling program or device. If you ever answered them in the past or pressed a key to be removed from their list you are screwed. You confirm that they reached a "live" number and will sell it to any other scam artist who wants it.

The caller id shows Consmer Dbt Rlf. They also call from 360-200-4175.
Take control of the communication device that you pay good money for and get a call blocker for your land line or an app to block unwanted calls on your cell phone.
That would be one way to put these dishonest people out of a job.

They NEVER stop calling even when you tell them you do not have a credit card and not to call you anymore...I just want them to stop calling!

Calls daily. Often two or three times.

Calls both cellphones, and a landline every other day, sometimes leaves voicemail. Most calls occur in early morning hours.

Constantly getting calls from this number under different names several times a week  It is annoying and when I try to block the number, it shows it is an invalid number so I am not able to block the calls.

Please leave me alone.  Your calls under private ,info survey and more. I am ready to choke Carmen.

They call day after day, I followed their request to put me off the list, but still coming, I called back, got a answer machine, begging them to remove me, no result. I waited and push 1 to get real person, begging him/her to remove, still nothing happens, they still come everyday. Is there a law to protect me? And these people are guaranteed to get nothing from anyone, why they still wasting time?

I think we should all answer the phone, then push 1, get the real people, curse his/her family. You may need to talk to him a bit. They are bunch of animals!

The calls are to our home phone & are always in the morning. The Caller ID says SURVEY INFO with the phone number 518-244-8590.  Lately, it's EVERY DAY.  It's a recording announcing they can lower my rate on my credit card.  (We never pay interest since we pay the balance in full each month).  Then it tells me to press 1 for help from a cust svc rep (or some similar title) or press another number (either 2, 3 or 4 ~ it varies each day) to be removed from their call list.  I have done the latter each time & it responds by saying it can take up to 48 hours to be in effect.  Liars!  I think that the calls began in late Nov & continued intermittently through Dec.  Now I'm writing down the dates & times.  Once I pressed the number 1 and got a person.  I began to explain & he hung up on me.  It's infuriating!

Call multiple times. Leave msg as a credit card servicing company. I do t need them so we don't answer.
