Constantly getting solicited calls about lowering my credit card rate!!!

When I picked up no one answered

Just another one of the spoofed numbers used by by the "card services" scammers.Google my name to learn how I have eliminated their calls.

It's the "card services" scammers trying to rip off anyone who might fall for their line of crap! This scam has been going on for years, and will continue for as long as people continue to fall for it. If you make the mistake of giving them your credit card information expect to see hundreds, if not thousands of dollars charged to it on your next statement. EVERYONE MUST BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!

I just received a call from this number. I wasn't able to answer but I called right back and it tells me the number has been disconnected.

called for lower interest on my credit cards. I dont have any cards. tried to call back and they say its not a working number. cant even talk to them long enough to ask to be taken off the list.

518-795-3421 is an upstate NY number.

I am on the NO Call List and they are calling me every week and sometimes twice a day! i have asked for them to stop they continue, i have told them i am on the no call list then they hang up on me. I have asked to speak with a superivsor and they hang up on me!  STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got a call from this 'scammer number'.  Did not answer and they did not leave a message on my CELL phone.  Looks like it is spreading to cell phones and now just house phones.

Might be a NY area code but the calls don't  come from there. The "card services" scammers use use all spoofed (false) numbers.

You are correct.  I have not tried to sign up with any "prize waiting" gimmicks.  Facebook doesn't have my phone number and I am on the "Do not call" list.  I just got a call from them and they didn't respond when I picked up.  Something fishy's going on here but, I can't quite put my finger on it.  I have recieved calls from other "scammer" numbers who also did not speak when I answered.  Either this is equipment/system malfunction or there is another reason the need a direct connection with your phone.  I wonder if digital information can be sent to or taken from the phone via a call connection.  If anyone knows, please reply.

got a call from this number today 1-518-795-3421 saying i have credit det and they want to help told them i have no credit cards at all cuz i dont and the guy started swearing at me and telling me off with f u bit ch and what not. veryy funny if u ask me they are scarm artis watch yourself people they are trying to get your info good luck all

I have received several calls from this number, always with a recording that says something about lowering an interest rate on my credit card.  I don't have a credit card, so I'm answering it to find out what they're talking about (thinking it's a scam), and they have now hung up on me 3 times, after I ask.

The are relentless and will not stop.  Return phone calls say the number is not in services.

How many numbers does this company have, and why hasn't the FCC done anything about it. I am already on the do not call list. This Member Card Service company just calls again from another number. Now, with this number when you call it back it says it is a number no longer in service. Could someone please do something about these annoying crooks and if you can't find them how about going after the company providing their phone service.

I do not answer if I don't recognize the number and later check it on Google.

I add it to my address book as junk. Sometimes they come in again and up pops JUNK!

Received call from this number also. They hung up before anything was said.  I called the number back and it says the number is not in service.  I agree this is a scam.  I am also on the do not call list, but continue to get calls, no one helps no one does anything.  Is this what our country is coming to?
