I have been receiving calls from this number as well as another number both claiming to be Capital One.  they ask me to enter my credit card number which I have not done.  I will be contacting Capital One today.  I don't know how they got  my cell phone number.  They call at all hours which is not professional.

I called Capitol One and asked was this one of their numbers and the guy said no. He told me I could set up a password so that anytime someone calls and asks about my account they would ask for this password and only the "real" capitol one would know. I suggest everyone does the same. Do not ever enter your information in an automatic system. Call the number you know is capitol one and ask them whats going on.

Didn't pay my Capital One bill this month.  Robo-calls began Saturday.  Yuck.

I am getting them calling me now. I have so many calls from different ones from all over the USA and it is turning out to be Capital one!!!

I don't answer the calls I google the number first and find who it is. Been out of work for over 1 1/2 years making mimmum payments

they called me while i was at school ?

I keep getting calls from 559-332-2306 and 309-827-5401. I have no credit card. No capital one anything in my name. When I answer is just dead air. Then it hangs up after about 20 seconds. wtf??

I called back trying to get information from the person who answered the phone and she would not even tell me what company they were calling from because I wouldn't tell her my name... I don't give info if they can't provide me with theirs, simple as that.

I think this is capital one. I have been getting calls all week from numbers from all over and they are all capital one. Talk about annoying.

Called on 12/26 8am claiming to be bank of america.. and wanted us to pay bal via phone.. Great site

got a call from this # the day after christmas. they do not leave a message. i call it back but it's an automated # asking to enter a credit card #.  I have not because I believe this is a scam.

they have  called me 3 times and other different numbers and neither time was a messages left  please  don't answer  you don't know

Have been recieving calls from this number - I know it's Capital One - I've actually spoken to someone at one point.  If you are in good standing with them, they are probably calling to offer you a higher credit limit.  If you are late then they will call until you pay the minimum payment.

Well i keep getting this call from this number, i was asked to put in my card number and social.  I made both up and got dead air for close to 30 seconds.  They did claim to be capital one but i dout it.  I do have a card w/ them but im no where near my limit and i'm current w/ my account (no late payments, paid over minimum).  Called capital one and and they told my they havent tried to contact me!  Either they are selling our info to someone or just just dont know....  If you have issues w/ them i suggest calling them direct, dont fall for this scam thou~

I got several calls from them too. I have a capital one card with NO BALANCE  They are a scam. They call 5 to 6 times a day from different #'s with the same recording saying this is Linda and I have a great opportunity waiting for me with Capital One. I am about to cancel this card.

Was 4 days late on my car payment. Talked to them and told them when the payment would be made, but they continually call me at least 15 times a day from 100's of different numbers. Calls start at 8:30 in the morning and go until after 8:00 at night. I understand them wanting their money, I really do; and I'd understand getting multiple calls if they hadn't talked to me; but I HAVE talked to them, and I HAVE told them when to expect payment, but they still call. Do they really think I can pull money out of my bum and pay them before I told them I could??? Seriously, how is this NOT harassment??
