DERF:   IT is Capital One and it IS A SALES CALL not collections. They get past the DNC rules by saying they have a Public Service Announcement!!

This is capital one... They usually call because either someone gave them your number or you owe them money...  I was a bit late and this is who is calling...

The special offer is they want you to pay your bill. Trust me.

They call and call and call!  I thought they were being sued for falsely adding insurance coverage to credit cards.  I dont owe them any money but they KEEP CALLING.  How do i get them to stop?

I keep getting a call from capital one at this number and an 866 number.   They finally left a message and said they had a special offer from them.  I paid off my  balance in full a few months ago so I know they aren't calling for lack of payment.  I told the woman on the phone, who sounds like she lives in India, to quit calling me. She said that she can't do that and wondered if I knew why she was calling. I told her over and over to stop it and then I hung up.

they constantly call with linda who has offers..i make a payment each month and now all of a sudden they are calling?

Capital One hires work at home people to make their collection calls.

all the numbers i just listed above is capitol one, how do i know i was behind and they kept calling after i talked to one of there techs, so i blocked each number and they call back with a different one. so i'm keeping tabs. lawsuit waiting to happen. hope this helps out alot of you.
