Yesterday I got a call from an individual with a heavy foreign accent.  He claimed he was from Chase and was calling about reducing my rate on my credit card.   He said the last four digits on my card and at first I thought he was legit.  Then he asked for my expiration date...like an idiot I gave him the date.  When he started the spill about reducing my finance rate on what I owed, I snapped.  I asked him how much I owed and this amount was not right.  Further, my the card no. he gave was the number to my debit card which is not a "credit" card per se.  So he then asked for verification on the rest of the numbers.  Since he claimed he had the rest of the numbers I asked for him to give me the numbers just so I could verify that he too was legit and not a scam, he hung up.   Hmm..., I must have scared him off!!!! LOL!

I too received one of these calls, and like a stupid fool gave them my CC info (but not all of my cards), When he kept asking for another card and I wouldn't give him the info on, because I was getting an uneasy feeling about all this so I started asking for verification of who they were, they hung up... I promptly called my CC carriers and put a block on all my cards. Sometimes I do stupid things and today was one of them...

Receiving calls from this number and they do not leave message when the machine answers.

Just received the same call but didn't answer this time. They call periodically, actually fairly regularly and I just do not answer most of the time.

I am in Oklahoma.

Will certainly report to FCC and  Ohio Attorney General and might just take the time to complain to every elected official on the State and Federal levels representing Ohio.

got call this am reported to credit card holder we canceled the card immediatedly. said they could lower interest rates the card holder said that is not true. they send that information by mail.  I dont know what they intend to do but what they say is not true they are suppose to sent me papers in mail, we will see if I get them and what they say.

Just had a call to my home phone which is registered with the do not call regristry.....have heard of this scam from a friend so knew not to pick up

I received a call from the following number 567-248-4400 and I am going to block calls from them, This has happened  several times.

Just received a call from them and pressed 9 in hopes of having them remove my number. The person picked up and stated his name as Bob with an Indian accent.  He asked me to do him a favor and give him bl** job.  How absurd and unprofessional.  Not sure what type of business this is when he wasn't afraid to openly talk like that when there were other agents in background. This has got to STOP!

This number constantly calls my home seeking the location of my first wife - who I have been divorced from for over 15 years.  Despite the fact that I have provided them an up to date address for my ex-spouse, they continue to call me.  I have repeated asked them to remove me from their list but they continue to call my residence.    When I ask them to provide me the name of their company, they refuse.  I would like this caller to stop harassing calling me.

The number keeps calling but doesn't leave messages.

Received a call from them today but didn't pick up since I don't know a soul in Attica, OH.  I'm originally from OH and never heard of this town and from the looks on Google, it's a blip on the map ~ blink once as you drive through and you miss the town.  Something tells me someone may be working out of their home (?)   After researching, since I won't pay to get this info, it is an unpublished number and it is a landline.

Contact your phone company and see if they have the Do Not Disturb feature.  It only cost about $1 more a month ~ what it does ~ you don't hear the ring when the call first comes in.   The call is answered by the phone companies automated system and the caller is told to Press 1 if they want to talk to a person ~ since these calls are usually computer generated, it doesn't recognize the instructions so it hangs up.  You aren't bothered by a ringing phone from callers you don't want and eventually, they may remove your number but if they don't, who cares?  lol

Scam.  I just received a call from these clowns.  After I pressed 9 on the phone to speak to a live operator, and waited about 3 minutes, I found myself talking to a CSR with a very thick foreign accent.  He wanted to get me a lower rate on my Chase credit cards.  I asked him which one....and he told me my Chase MasterCard....when I told him that I didn't have a Chase MC only a Visa he said that he could see where I had a $4000 balance on the card, and I told him that there better not be that they all had a zero balance.....he then asked me if I had my latest statement and what the account numbers were....when I chuckled, he hung up.  I called the number back and all I get is a fast busy.

This has to be a scam.

Just received the call telling me this was my last chance to lower my rates. I press 9 to speak with a live operator. Their phone rang back 10 times, then they picked it up and hung up on me. I too amd on the no call list. Just a bit of info. if you do have a credit card you need to notify company that you want them to remove you fron their call list. If you have an open account with them, they will also call you with promotional info. Most people is unaware of this. Next time you mail a payment drop a note in the same envelope. We all need to report this company to your states attorney general's office. I will contact mine first thing in the morning. As today is Sunday December 26.

I answered the phone and waited, as soon as the recording started I hung up. The calls just never end.

Called 12-29-2010 @ 11:22, left no message on working recorder.  Looks like another call not answered, best treated that way.

someone call me too early did not leave any messages. i tried to call them back but they won't pickup the phone.

Jan. 5, 2011 the 1-567-248-4400 have started again.  I tried the recall button on my phone and the number will not ring.  When I told them I am on the do not call list and I have requested them to remove my name but, they continue to call.  Click, they hung up.  Okla. Sr.
