got a call from this number yesterday, i dont answer unknown numbers, they didnt leave a msg.

800# answers "(something) Healthcare" so cannot remove number that way. Tell caller to take your number off their list, that is legal requirement.

CallerID said Maritz Research with same 571 number, but male caller said he was calling for Capital One, for an Asian-named person who must have had this number over 2 yrs ago. Gave first and last name, but are they real or ruse? This Maritz company seems to do all kinds of telephone work, perhaps collection too.

Maritz needs to check Do Not Call Registry web site to avoid $5,000 fines. I don't care if they are calling for different customers or purposes!

They do not have to go by the Do Not Call list if they are working for a business that you have done business with; within 18 months of the call. In this case, it could have been a new account, (Savings, checking, loan) opended at one of the above banks

Did not answer phone and they left no message as usual.  It came from a place called Maritz Research so that is enough for me to know it is just another scam caller.

Got a call from them but didn't pick up.  I think it's a survey company that does customer satisfaction surveys for Geico (and probably others).  I had just dealt with Geico customer service earlier in the day, and they said they would call to do a survey.

The people who are doing the research are fools as well and weaklings who lie to get paid. Remember there's a supernatural power that's watching you and you cannot escape by telling lies. Money won't save you from God aka Truth.

Not my first call from these jerks and nothing helps.  They aren't about to remove anyone's name from their list.  I do not answer my phone but that doesn't help, nothing helps.  Do Not Call Registry does nothing and is a waste of time to even put our names on.

I got maritz research as the name of the caller.

They are maritz, and for me they were calling I'm guessing to verify that I enjoyed my rental from Budget Car Rental.  If you call 800-864-8601 they will put you on their internal do not call list.  Evidently they fall through the national and state no call lists as they aren't selling anything.  At least thats what the message says when you call the above number

Got a call from this #--asking to speak an naming the person she wants to talk to...saying she,so from the royal bank...of cos my wife refuse to talk to her..seeing that call was from virginia

I received 2 calls from the number too.  I don't answer calls from numbers or people I don't know --- and they didn't leave a message.  Whoever it is tends to call between 8 and 9pm PDT.

These people are also pests.  Why do we have Do Not Call lists when they do no good?  This week I have had 9 calls and it's only Tuesday.  How do we get rid of them?

I got a phone call from this number.. I also rent a car beforehand.  When I told him that my husband is not here, he said he would call back later.

I just got a call from this # this evening. My husband answered and the guy on the phone asked for me by name! Using my middle initial! My husband asked who he was and the guy said he was from Bank of America. Since I had recently reported my bank card lost I thought maybe it had something to do with the call.
I tried calling the number back but just got a weird beep noise. ??
