As suggested below if you call 1-800-864-8601 you can place your number on their company's do not call back list without even speaking to anyone. They do seem to be a survey company regarding other companies' customer service.

they just called here. swore they talked to my dad the other day. even though he died 15 months ago. then she said i was a liar. i bitched the lady out and asked her to take us off the list, so i'm pretty sure she won't be calling back.

They called and left no message.

If you do business with a company they are allowed to contact you for the next 18 months, regardless if your phone number is registered with a State or Federal Do Not Call List......This is part of the Federal Law that was passed years ago to establish the Do Not Call List.

Since they are contracted by the Company you did business with, they are allowed to contact you for the next 18 months after your transaction with the Company that they work for....

Though they do have a 1-800 number that you can call to have your phone number placed within their Internal Do Not Call List....Just call back the number that called you and the message will tell you everything you need.

I received a call from this number and am tried of getting calls from companies not known when I subscribe to do not call.

They call every day at about this time.  I've never answered it, and they've never left a message.

If they want to waste their time calling me over and over, that's fine with me.  I'll never answer it.  I'm pretty sure it's BofA and I would repeat what was said about them during the transcript of the talks with Ben Bernanke except it violates the profanity rules of this site.  "Too big to fail"  - ha!  Your taxpayer dollars at work.

Calling my cell # ~ I never answer unknown callers so it'll always go to voicemail and they never leave a message. Anyway to block calls coming in?

Almost everyday this number appears in my cellphone & no message left.

This # 1-571-431-1960  They continue to call and say nothing phone rings all different hours sometimes answering machine has hang ups.

Got a call from this number. The caller left no voice message also....

FoThe Do Not Call registry is a joke, and they do nothing with your complaint.  File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to at least ruin this companies rating.

No company should be allowed to get away with such blatant harassment.

Telemarketing call.  Call almost every other day....during my dinner time.

I called 1-800-864-8601 and a recording took my number for their do not call list. WE'll see.

They have called nightly for at least a week, getting progressively later from 5:15 pm to 7:35 thus far.  I do not answer due to the unusual number.  No messages have been left to date.  They are persistent.  I feel if they don't leave a message, they don't have anything important to ask or tell me!
