getting tired of automated calls.  would like it to stop.

I never answer calls from numbers I don't know, especially if they are out of state. I'm glad I found this site. Didn't answer this one and they left no voicemail. I am supposed to be on the Do Not Call List.

Slimy ambulance chasing attorneys. The lowest of low life forms. Lower than fungi.

These people are calling from 586.231.3659...'If you have taken YAZ, you may be entitled to participate in a lawsuit'. I have followed their prompts and asked to be taken off their call list. But, they keep calling.

mine is on the DNC as well.

The LOOP-HOLE in all these calls is the "automated" system is not programmed to skip the DNC lists,as the companies / programmers do not consider themselves as SOLICITORS (same w/ door-to-door religious praises and/or loose ad carriers) ... therefore the company owning the 586 - 231- 3659 number in question, thinks that they are not soliciting since they are trying to reach possible patients as part of the YAZ /mesh implant situation.

IMHOO, since that's what several of the commercials have been about near me.

Not anymore.  There's a "Do not call" list for cell phones but they ignore that too.

Left no message. The real loophole to the do not call list is your number must also be and remain forever unlisted and not available through any other source. If it is listed publicly anyone can call anytime. If you ever publish yournumber anywhere, like facebook, your web site, whatever, it is now public. If you ever give out your number for a web transaction, they will sell it! The loopholes go on and on!!!! Basically, if you've ever given your number out you have made it public whether you know it or not. Look yourself up on spokeo!

Great idea.  Just filed the complaint.

Had a message on my answering machine this morning, from this number.  It was a recording re: Yaz lawsuit. Tried to call back to be removed but surprise, surprise, the line was busy.

Got a call on my cell.  Normally I let unknown callers go to v.m. but I'm expecting a call from someone, no idea what their number looks like.  I answered, got silence for maybe 3 seconds and I hung up.  

If you have a Blackberry you can't *block* calls.  But you can minimize the irritation.  Put the number in your contacts list, give it name like, "Don't Answer the [***]" and give it no ring tone, no vibrate. Obviously this isn't a cure, they can just use a different phone number. I've got quite the collection in my list now: Don't Answer, Don't Answer II, Don't Answer III, etc.

If your number is on the DNC list for at least 30 days, it is ILLEGAL for telemarketers to call you.  The non-commercial exceptions to this rule do not apply in this situation.  This is a plain-and-simple telemarketing solicitation.
Legitimate solicitors have their call lists "scrubbed" (compared with DNC listings) to keep them from violating the DNC laws.
The real message here is to make sure your number is on the DNC list, and file violation notices when appropriate.  Sometimes (seemingly never), the worst of the worst are nailed by the Feds.

Like all of you I also came here looking for info about this number. They were busy today!

Got a call on my cell phone from this number. I didn't answer.  It was a pre-recorded message about seeking legal compensation for loved ones who suffered from use of Yaz and related products.
This is a scam I have never done business with this company.
I filed an official complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry, and I urge others to do the same.  This company may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000, per case. Lets get them shut down, so others do not have to get spammed by them.

Unanswered since I slept in, yet have no affiliation with this number from reading other users comments about them.

I got this call this morning from this number and the caller ID said R2J2 company I have no clue and they left no mesage and have called many times throughout these last few months!  Really annoying

My cell # 805.705.6492 is on 'do not call' list.  Call log shows three (3) incoming calls from this number.today.

All we can say is "dittos" to ALL of the above messages from 586-231-3659.
