Same situation here, got a call from 586-231-3659 waking me from my sleep as I work nights.  let me know how to be removed. Thanks

This company called my cell phone. Automated system-press 1 to talk to a live person. When I did this and asked for clarification of who the company was, the telemarketer just hung up without answering.

Does anyone know whether a complaint with the US Attorney's Office can be made? If everyone bands together.....

the phone co (at&t) gave me a "smartlist" service free for 3 months...as soon as i removed it because I didn't want to be charged upon expiration in a few days, there was that f*****g number bright and early this morning.

I didn't pick up the call because I didn't recognize the number. Left no message.

Recording started asking if me or a loved one had been injured ... blah blah blah. I hung up, then called back to tell them I needed their company name for the FCC complaint form.

Got no answer.

Got a call when I answered they hang up.

I called back. Recorded MSG said "PRESS ANY # FOR THE DO NOT CALL LIST.".  It must be phone peddlers.

ATTN: H Schmidt. You have just posted your cell phone number in a public forum, which is never recommended.  Now it is available to anyone and everyone, including telemarketers and solicitors.  So you should expect to receive more and more junk calls in the future.

I'd like to kick these people right in the "ice hole"

Didn't answer, but got a partial VM asking if I want to speak to someone regarding an injury, or press 9 to be removed.

They're too busy to speak to me I guess. I answered and they immediately hung up. Idiots. The getting calls like this on my cell.

I allowed my voice mail to answer to capture their CALLER ID, TIME, DATE, NUMBER, then I reported them to the DO NO CALL LIST.  When I Googled R2J2 it seems this company changes its phone number regularly. They're definitely telemarketers, so If you answer & push 9 to be removed, they'll just call you again when they changed their number.  DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL.  Pushing 9 let's them know they've got a 'live active number'.   REPORT THEM to the DO NOT CALL LIST, as eventually R2J2 will be fined.

Just got this phone call, they left a message stating that if you have been exposed to asbestos, you could have severe health issues, but I did not catch the name she gave.

People do not call them back, when they call you they are just going by a list of numbers, when you call them back you give them your name, so that is more information than you need to give them. Pressing 9 does no good, they ignore it anyway. Just let them leave a message.

I also got this call on my cell. No response from caller. Very annoying to say the least.

Yes, but it has to be the AG of your state. If you can get the state and name of the company, you can turn them over to the BBB. I just did that with a company in Nashville, they have been calling me for months, and although I had told them in writing to cease and desist calling me, they continued doing it, which is illegal. I am on the DNC list as well, that agency is a joke. Anyway the BBB will take care of them. Best thing to do I guess is to talk nice to them and get some information, act like you are really interested maybe you can get the state and city they are calling from. You can however report to your state's AG with just the number.

Pre-recorded message about Yaz birth control harming myself or loved ones.  I am on the no call list.  I pressed 9 to get my number off their list, but why are they calling my number in the first place!!!!!!!
I really wish the people who make our laws would outlaw this type of phone calls.

Just got the "missed call" on my CELL.  That ****** me off.

Did not recognize the number.  I called back on a different phone.  The message was garbled abiout press any number to be removed.  I did not want to call back from my cell as I don't know what the next thins would be.  I have had 3 calls like this today, all from numbers I did not recognize.
