Several calls a day from this number. We have never picked up. I'm looking into Ben's suggestions -- a phone with call-block built in and/or adding call forwarding to my phone service and sending this and other junk calls to a number that is not in service. Thanks for the info, Ben.

constantly receive calls ll hours of the day and night - LATE NIGHT. I have been reading up on this number on the internet and it is a company attempting to gain banking information. When I pick up, it is only music playing but they leave messages about tax return money

I received a call from this number last night at 9:15 PM.  Isn't there a time as to when they have to quit making their calls?  I answered and no one was there.  I get up at 3:45 AM, so I was none too happy to be woke up by call.

Keeps calling early mornings till late evening. For a week or so now.

They wanted me to go to my computer and sign in www.teamview.com,  when I asked why they told me in broken english that she wanted to correct any errors on my computer. I answered you want to get into my computer, i laughed and then I hung up.

Started receiving calls from this number on 19 July 2012.  First time the caller ID was "ProNerds", today it was "Name Unavailable". Call not answered - no message left either time.

I get several calls a day from this number (600) 233-1234. At first I didn't answer and they left no message. When I finally started answering they would just hang up. I still get the calls. Just got one a few minutes ago.
This has been going on for about a month now.

Calls multiple times a day and I never answer. I added the # to my auto reject list but somehow it gets thru. I'm going to pick up next time! I can be aggressive too!

Received a call this morning - I never pick up unknown numbers before checking this site. Area code 600 is a non-geographic code assigned to Canada. Clearly, this is a "spoofed" number - one where the caller fakes out the system by overriding the real number they're calling from (this is a fairly easy kiddie hack, and happens often to throw people off the scent). so, BEWARE!!!

Also: About an hour later I received a call from 718-788-9020, which also features in the 800notes database. There may be a connection between the two.

I just saw the entry prior to mine above. The fact that this person's auto-reject list isn't working for this number now tells me that it is DEFINITELY a spoofed number. The displayed number (600...) is NOT the actual number that is calling you. There is no way to detect the real number.

Received 3 calls today from this number for the very first time. I did not answer first call but the last two calls I answered and they hung up. I was thinking it was maybe my Ex...:-(

Hmm...be careful before giving access of your pc to any unknown.
i normally update my pc thru pronerds,they are quick and professionals.

I just got a call from this number. I am in Canada. No one answered when I said hello. Said hello 3 times. got a click like i was being connected and then nothing. I told whoever MAY have been on the other end to take me off the damned calling list.

Just got a call from this number. Said hello 3 times then demanded to be taken off the calling list....

Note: after the third hello a clicking sound was made like i was being transferred or connect to another line and then nothing.

Yes. I got a call from them too. No one answered. I tried calling back but got nothing.

Received a Call from 600-233-1234 caller had very broken English could hardly understand, told me he was from some monitoring company that was getting info from my computer, and if I followed his directions I would not get a virus, I told him sorry but Iam getting a new computer tomorrow and hung up.
