This is a telephone terriost and i have the phone company and the law tracing who this # belongs to, when they locate this terriost,they will go to jail

Another anonymous phone number from Phoenix, AZ that never leaves a message.  I don't answer numbers I don't know so I've no idea what or who they are.

Robo machine says "This is not a sales call." You have been carefully selected to answer survey questions about the debt crisis and for your time we will give you a trip to the Bahamas. Only some small fees will apply.
Press one to take the survey and receive your trip to the Bahamas,
press nine to be removed from our list.
They did not say who was doing the survey. This is probably just another scam to sell trips to the Bahamas.
The survey part of it is just to try to get around the DNC list. Heading over to file a complaint.

NEVER EVER EVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD/ BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR OTHER INFORMATION OUT OVER THE PHONE.

This is not a survey, all they want is your $. Notorious scammer, will call daily, asking to be taking off the list and blocking calls is useless. Asking to be removed only validates your number. They will call relentlessly using multiple numbers across the country. They range from credit card service, IRS back taxes help to take a survey pay port fee and win a cruise.

Just report to hosting phone company and to DNC list as well as the FCC. Warn others. They will call daily to weekly non stop.

Oh and try *57 to trace hosting call.

This number called my phone but left no message.  Didn't answer, but from what everyone has said about this number, it's a scam!

Search at Switchboard.com yields no information. Intelius shows the number as sited in Mesa, AZ. No message. Funny how they didn't start calling until AFTER we renewed our NDNC registry for the home number.

I want my money back from the federal government due to their worthlessness. I'm not basing this on political bias, I don't goose step to any party.

Cruise scam, using marketing ploy to skirt around the DNC list. BTW, the DNC list costs companies large. The feds make money off selling the list and don't really care about enforcing the DNC as long as they get their money. It's all about image over performance. Cash performs.

I received a call on my Do-Not-Call listed phone at 1603 hrs today. A prerecorded message from an alleged ESG Research Group or some such nonsense wanted me to participate in a "survey" regarding the national debt. If I participated, I was promised the opportunity to take (I believe) a two-day cruise (gratuities and a small port tax extra.)  A poorly veiled tactic to try to get around the FCC's DNC requirements.  Bloody idiots!

Though I agree with one of the other posters that the DNC and FCC (not FTC) seem to be basically worthless, the FCC does NOT make money selling the list because they don't sell the list.  It's not rocket science to use an auto dialer that dials one number after another, such as 111-111-1111, 111-111-1112, and so on.  This isn't a government conspiracy.  It's a simple fact that there are more scammers than there are people to stop the scammers and the goverment has laws and procedures they have to comply with.  The scammers don't give a rat's backside about complying with anything except their own greed.

This is a scam !!  Block the number and report it as any good USA person would do !!

Got a call from this number.  No message left.  Doesn't do any good reporting these type of calls.  There is no follow up by the FCC.  DNC list is useless and these people know it.  I just don't answer the phone when calls come in from folks I don't know.  If it's important, they can leave a message.

Just got a call from this number.  A recording began with: This is an important call..." before I hung up.
I answered because we do know people in Phoenix AZ where the call originated from.  Since I don't know from memory my friends' numbers, I thought it might have been one of them.
