This is another number for the collection company IC Systems.

angered beyond belief that this number continues coming up on my phone after 8pm at night and now even on sunday mornings...where are my rights to privacy?  I don't pay a phone bill to be abused 7 days a week and even worse they never leave a message.  IC Systems, enough is enough

This is one of several phone numbers used by IC Systems, a medical debt collection company. They won't ever leave a message; and they sometimes use text messaging.

loud, rude fellow.  wanted me to disclose my address.  hung up on me when I would not.

IC Systems, keeps calling under different phone numbers.  They hang up when I ask them to provide an address for me to mail a certified letter with a cease contact order.  These scumbags call throughout the day, sometimes people, sometimes bots.  Under the FTC "Fair Debt Collection Act" debt collectors cannot "repeatedly use the telephone to annoy someone".  I told them this and informed them that I am contacting my state Attorney General's Office, and filing an additional complaint with the FTC.  Further, I am searching for a lawyer to help me sue the scum for violating the "Fair Debt Collection Act".  Kinda ironic. :)

Number kept calling me.  I called the number back suspecting a collection agency.  I stayed on hold until the guy came on and say IC Systems.  I hung up and decided to list the information here.  They usually call and hang up.  IC systems uses a LOT of various telephone numbers to try to confuse you.  Calls usually start at 7:58 am here in Denver.

call twice a day, if if you answer they wont talk to you

They've been calling my home non-stop twice a day for a while now. Sure glad I have selective screening and forward any calls from their number to a "My Fake Phone Number" do a google search. They must be using bots - because after getting the "parole office" time after time you'd think they'd get the hint.

IC Systems, now using cell phones number comes up cell phone NH, or warratty rewardd, is the other one they use, there rude , nasty, they ask me to verify my information, when I refuse, they start yelling and telling me they will keep calling till I do,

however the people who call you are extremely rude and they call you over and over. they don't leave messages and if you happen to answer they wont give you any information until you identify yourself. why don't they just come out with it?! so annoying, they are driving me nuts.  Their web site states that they are effective debt collectors? really? I seriously doubt it, I don't think if you harass people that they would comply. Especially if you don't tell them what you want.

Same here... these people are very rude. Theyve called me from at least 2 different numbers, from different area codes no less! I usually let my husband answer (if hes home when they call) because he has fun with them, stringing them along until they get so frustrated that they hang up. Its hilarious to see...and hear.

Just how many numbers does this company have? I can only add up to 20 numbers to  my blocked caller list.

They use this number too apparently: 703-656-9842. Just how many phone numbers does this stupid company have anyway!? They must be hard headed and clearly not getting the hint that we don't want to talk to them and have no intention of paying them. Paying them does not get rid of the original debt...you just end up with the same debt on your credit report twice!

I agree! They never leave a message and call you over and over, sometimes more than once in a single day and apparently use multiple numbers....they have this one too: 703-656-9842. Ive blocked 4 numbers so far from this company. Harassing people is no way to get anyone to comply.

Big R- You can't get rid of them. Theyre like a bad rash that you can't get rid of and just as annoying.

They call and left no message.  They have LOTS of numbers they call from.  They pester you all the time.....ridiculous.  These scum sucking bottom feeders just won't leave you alone.

I don't have any outstanding medical debts, but I have just recently started getting calls from this number and others listed from this same company. Could they call for other reasons? I refuse to answer a company that will not leave a message.

We have medical insurance, and no outstanding debts, and they are calling four, five times a day. We refuse to answer it, and now that I see what they are, am glad I haven't. I agree though, I refuse to deal with someone who refuses to leave a message.
