Got phone call but I didn't answer.  They do not leave a message.  Seeing this forum, I know it's from IC systems.

Keep getting calls for a David Thomas.  Wrong number, but they call 2-3 times a day.

It's I.C. Systems, a collection agency. They collect on behalf of Chase, some credit card companies and medical providers. They are based in Minnesota, but they rotate numbers when calling. I've received calls from them using this number, which is an New Hampshire area code, as well as numbers with Minnesota, Connecticut, Idaho and Washington, D.C. area codes.

they call  me 3x a day, NEVER  leave a message,and if it is for the medical bill i think it is, I PAID  IT 6 MONTHS AGO!

this is the 5th number they have called me from, and seem to now only call on Saturday and Sunday mornings! inconsiderate [***]!!! they start calling before it is legal for them to do so, and I have asked them many times for them to send me verification of the debt and they refuse!!! guess they don't want to be paid!! they just stalk and harass people!!

I don't know who is calling at my cell phone.. they call about 6 or 8 times a day.

Another number that the use comes out of Washington, DC  202-367-9813 so BEWARE!

How many calls a day and night?  How can anyone understand the many accents.  I still can't figure out who they are and what they want.  I keep suggesting the send a letter to the person they are looking for.  They pretend to have no idea of what I'm saying.  After all, I only tell them if they have a #, I'm sure they must have an address.  I've also told them (after frustrating them for several minutes with asking them personal questions) that with all the fraoud and ID theft out there, we don't do ANY business over the phone!!  Surprise, they hang up...........and I wait for another day.  Or for that mater, about 5 minutes, same person, same routine.  Who are you, what company do you work for, what is your business licnese, what state, what is your # in case we get disconnected, and the list goes on.  Then, we don't do buisenss on the phone and we don't know who they're looking for.  Send a letter to them.

This number calls me then wants to verify who I am, but they wont tell me what they are calling for.. I call back to see if I can get someone who will tell me what the hell they are calling for, but I get the same crap they want to verify who I am and when they do they still WONT tell me what the hell they want and why they are calling me.

I'm handicapped on SSA Disability Income, these scum don't care about any law, I've found the best way dealing with these scum buckets is get a cell phone, home phone is caller than turn off the ringer that way they can call hundreds times, and forget do not call - FTC - etc. These government agencies don't do jack & there a waste of tax dollars!

Called from several different numbers, too.  Even when I answer the phone, they don't say anything.  Harassing.  I have my phone set that the calls from this number go straight to my voicemail.

I have told this company over and ov er that they have the wrong person, they are calling about a debt from petsmart and I told them I do not have a pet of any kind, they said I owe the money regardless, I aksed for proof and they hung up, something very shady going on over there, they call all hours and from severla different numbers, I have no idea how to block numbers on my phone

Just set your phone on "no ring" for that number, you won't even know when the call comes in
