Getting calls on my cell phone from this number. Needs to stop. My cell number is not listed and my landline is on a no call list.

shaw doesnt know right from left they keep calling me and I will call them back and ask them if they have record of them calling me and they say NO. I DONT TRUST how they call to solicit me.

Would like it if who ever is calling would leave a message.

You must work for shaw, they call 3 times a day, 7 days a week....I don't have shaw phone ...

Number not in service when called back.  These idiots need to stop calling me everyday!

Why do they disguise their name with UNKNOWN? I never answer unless I see who it's from. :P

Getting calls from this number. number shows up on caller ID as 60 4 6298 888 (spaces intended). They say they are from shaw, then give me a balance of my bill ask if everything is ok and say if i have a problem to call customer service. I think this may be some sort of scam through taped phones or sumthing on the line of that. Getting you to call customer service and can listen in on the info you give the real rep.

I've just a call from this number @9pm, ask me how's the service and wants me to have Shaw home phone service for $15, I told him my home's design is not good to have and check by Shaw's tech onsite. He keeps saying is different now... I told him to hangup, he refuse then I hangup, he calls me back right away. I ask him is name few times, he told me, and ask for his shaw id#, he hangup right away.
Then I call shaw, he rep said nothing on my record or note that shaw had called me. He also said shaw will not call after 8:30pm except request call. He said could be a kind of scam call.
But I never receive a call calling from like shaw ID but is not a real phone call from shaw???

I just received a call, similar to yours, from the same number.
They wanted to offer a special on cable, tel and internet.
Asked for name of security company and the code to gain access.
I said my security company is called. Two big Alsatians and my code is Two big Dobermans.
He will call me back to make an appointment.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.
Beware.

This guys keep calling me every second day.they say from the shaw

There are two to three calls daily and no message left.
Even though calls from that number are routed to a disconnected recording, the calls still keep coming. I use Google Voicemail to trap the calls, only numbers I allow are forwarded.

I suspect it is a debt collector using a spoofed phone number, even though searching the internet shows it is a Shaw number.

Not sure why they keep calling me....How many times do you have to tell them you are not interested...Why would I relax...It annoying!

shaw is by far the worst customer service in the lower mainland.

worst service ever!!!! We got rid of shaw for digital tv with telus cause u have to wait to long with customer service and they still keep harassing us and calling us... The number maybe from bc but the reps are definantly from another country because she never even knew where vancouver was!!!

604-629-8888 is Shaw, the call center is in India per the guy I just spoke to. He said he can't put me on a do not call list because he is a vendor, and because he is in India he is exempt from Canadian law! That's what he told me, it is NOT TRUE! I asked him to TRANSFER ME TO SOMEONE IN CANADA, HE SAID HE IS NOT ABLE TO DO THAT!!!   I really am disgusted that Shaw doesn't hire Canadians to deal with customer service. I think it is appalling and I will have to take a second look at having Shaw as my cable and internet provider.  The man I spoke to yesterday assured me that NO ONE AT SHAW WORKED OUTSIDE CANADA. That is a total, absolute lie.
