- SparklesNot even an hour ago I recieved a call from Kim, I was so moved, but suspicious because of the interview next day 8:50 in the morning hour..... Sad to say, back on the search.... If you have time, go forth .....
- Caller: Housman and Associates
- Call type: Telemarketer
- ASHAM| 1 replyIn agreement with all other posts. Kim was my caller, very indirect but pushy on the interview time 8:30am.
Something's fishy, company just started in 11/2013. A lot of background conversation. Is Ibrahim Bah the regional manager's name they gave to everyone else, if not, the turnover is really high for a company 5 months old.- Caller: Hausman Associates
- SherriSame story as most, except my call was from a Kim(woman). Not falling for this one. Fell once into the AFLAC trap and this is the same thing.
- Caller: Hausman and Associates
- WorkerCompany called and I did not send resume to. Was on Monster. I am not and never have been interested in selling insurance.
- Caller: American Finances
- Charlotte MThese people are so dumb they didn't realize that I already told them no way in October 2013.

- armymom replies to ASHAMI just got a call from them and yes Ibrahim was the name of the interviewer I would be seeing at 850 am
- yeahnothanksSame deal, 267 number, Blue Bell office, 8:30a interview tomorrow morning. Not sure of the woman's name but Ibrahim was definitely mentioned as the person with whom I would be interviewing (if I had actually made an appt which I did not). She was not professional, spoke WAY too fast, clearly was just reading from a script and wasn't slick about muting her end of the line while I was talking (presumably because she was talking to someone else). It screamed sleazy sales job from the minute I picked up.

- KarenGGot a call from someone at the company as well. Actually went in for the interview. Not really a scam, but it is a performance based job. I start boot camp soon! I'm happy they called me.. Right on time! If you are a business person with intentions of making good money you should go to the interview when called.
- This is not the time to play replies to jaketannerI just received a call and the person never identified his self. He said he was from Michael Housman Associates. When I called back the person answered Human Resources, and said something about insurance. I said I never received the name of the person calling me and was returning his call. She said was it Michael. I said the person never left there name. I feeling very unprofessional because the person calling wasn't very professional when leaving his message. I did more investigating. While waiting for Michael to call me back I googled the name Michael Hausman and low and behold, The phone popped up in this site. Thanks for posting this for everyone to no what a scam these people are trying to pull off. This is not the time when someone is waiting for that one call for the right job. Good luck in your job search.
- Kim replies to Rosie| 1 replyThanks for your posts. You are saving me time and gas money. The conversation I had struck me as odd. I spoke directly with someone who also spoke unprofessionally fast. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. My interview is scheduled for 8:30am. I will not be going.
Many Thanks
Kim - Angela replies to KimI received a call today and the young lady name was Kim and she spoke unprofessionally and fast. I had o ask her several times what the name of the business was before she told me. So I decided to do some research as well. I went to the BBB site to see if they had anything on American Income but it showed me nothing. However, after reviewing this site and hearing all the comments I think I may pass for the scheduled interview I have for 9:00 am tomorrow. I am unemployed and can't afford to waste time or money.
Thanks All!
Angela - JordanI received a voice mail from 267-419-8825 and the caller ID was listed as Franco Gamboa. The guys name was Jonathan from American Life Insurance. He wanted me to give him a call back at 610-279-4801.
I called back a day later and just got an automated voice mail. I called back two days later and asked for Jonathan. He said that he does not even remember calling me and he does not have my resume in front of him at the moment. (If he was interested, he would have remembered calling me.)
I asked what positions he was interviewing for. One of them was a Benefits Rep. He could not give me any information about that position and wanted me to come in for an interview at 9:00AM the following day. I declined. I am thankful I found this site.- Caller: American Life Insurance

- Just JenI just received a call from 267-419-8825 and spoke to Nashiya from American Income. She was looking over my resume and wanted to ask a few questions about my most recent position. I'm eagerly job seeking, and didn't immediately recognize the name, but thought it might be a job placement agency calling on behalf of a company I did apply with. It was hard to hear her though, as she was talking fast, the call was breaking up a bit, and you could hear people in the background, which I first took for just being a busy office (now realizing it was a call center most likely, so there are probably people surrounding each other in close quarters.)
She didn't actually seem too interested in my answer about my previous job, as she immediately wanted to set up an interview for tomorrow. She told me to dress professionally and to allow 2 hours for the interview. She gave me her "direct line" as 610-279-4801.
After ending the call and doing some research to remind myself of the job I applied for, I came across this site and was immediately disappointed about my job interview.
I called 610-279-4801 to inquire more about the position and it went to "Human Resources" and I was immediately put on hold. I had to leave a message. I also tried the number that originally called me, 267-419-8825, and that also went to a general voice mail. Shame on me I suppose for being too eager, and not keeping her on the phone to ask more questions from the start... Now I have to try to get ahold of someone to cancel this interview!- Caller: American Income
- Pat| 1 replyTonight I received a call from a man named Souley Bah 215-626-2778 who urgently wanted to setup an interview with me in his office in Blue Bell, PA. He indicated the position paid 65,000.00 plus a year. And there were three openings. As a gullible applicant I accepted his offer for a job interview at 9 AM. Before letting him off the phone I asked him a few questions: Who he worked for:Hauseman @ Associates in Blue Bell, PA, what is the website for your company: ailcareers.com
- Caller: Hauseman & Associates
- Pat replies to PatAlso guys and gals. I am not going to this meeting. Not worth it.
- Bill HinkleA very cryptic voicemail message was left for my from Enid Ruiz (female) in the HR Dept of American Income Life Insurance on my company-issued cellular telephone, NOT on my home/personal-voicemail lines.
Tried to reach a n y b o d y at (610) 279-4801 and all I get is elevator music until another message advises me that nobody can take my call at that moment. Left my name, but not a return telephone number as I want to initiate the call to them when I have the time and privacy to do so. Cannot do this when working with somebody from our Home Office. Today is Thursday and I've been trying to return her call since Monday.
I am NOT interested in such a position and don't really now how my resume got into their hands as I've applied at several firms and websites over the past many months. Originally I thought this might be a collections call, but things are just a tad too fishy for my comfort level.- Caller: American Income Life Insurance
- Willie Sr replies to Melodie| 1 replyhey just received a call today for interview tomorrow @9am. My wife told me to look American Income online to give feedback on the company......and here I am. Thanks to EVRYONE God bless yall to find real employment
- JimJust wanted people to know that they're still out there. I got a call today and as everyone else has mentioned that they wanted to set up an interview as soon as humanly possible. I'm already working so it's not like I can easily schedule something, but I was lined up to go in until I decided to Google the number that they gave me and the number that they called from. Thanks everyone for the feedback so that I don't waste a trip.
