I see this company is still up to its old tricks that they've been playing for a few years now. I received a call from a Lena Blessing on her personal cellphone (267-969-8848). She said she was calling from Torch Mark but never stated what type of company it was. She wanted to ask me some questions about my current position. After I answered those questions she said they were looking to hire either a Benefits Specialist or a Team Leader (none of which I have experience in) and asked if I could come in to interview the next morning at 10:00. The Blue Bell address is an hour and 26 minutes away from my home and I refused to travel that far not knowing any specifics so I immediately googled the address and up pops American Insurance Company and then I came across this site. I am sooooo grateful for whoever started this thread. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! No one has time to waste.

Have been playing phone tag with a Syrena Blessing at the phone number (267-969-8848). She stated that she was from AIL Torchmark. It took me five times to actually hear that. No clear sense on what they do. Not a good sense of their credibility. Be warned.

I received multiple voice mails from 267-419-8825 from a person calling themselves Dean who said he was from AIL Torchmark. The call back number he left was 610-279-4801. I called back one day just to satisfy my curiosity and a woman answered the phone simply with "hello."  I asked for Dean and she said he was not in. So I left my number and a message. He called me back the next day and asked me about my most recent position and what my three greatest strengths were. It was very noisy in the background and he never told me what position they were hiring for. He said my interview would be the next day at noon with a person named Shorne Brown. The address he gave was 279 Penlyn Blue Bell Pike. He did not mention the name Hausman but I did drive by the building and saw that name on the sign out front.  Never went to the interview but it seems like a total scam.

Very strange indeed....caller says she is from HR but cannot tell me anything about the position, said a Mr. Cohen would talk to me.  Who only uses last names in the business world and tells you to dress professionally.

This appears to be another American Income Life scam.

Received a call from Quarter says I can call him Q. Wanted to set up an interview with Mr Cohen tomorrow at 10 am... said he pulled my resume from Career Builder...I kept asking what kind of job and he said it had something to do with credit union benefits! They don't have my resume but I do check indeed a lot for jobs! Glad I didn't waste my time going there! Thanks for the reviews!!!

Thanks for this. I got the same call from someone named Carolyn who said she was HR and when I asked about the position, she said she had no information. I thought that was weird, also I thought she said the company, but didn't get the name.

Thanks so much for the feedback I just got a call from a woman named Julia laboda from the number 570-650-6691, with a lot of noise in the background as if she was calling from a call center or something which I should have asked what the noise was, but she was telling me that her manager viewed my resume online (never said which site) and wanted her to reach out for an interview, she scheduled it for next week but after doing my research on the company , not finding a website on it, checking the BBB and finding nothing, and finding this site and reading all of these comments I think you all just saved me some time and possibly my life who knows really

My wife drove to my job today crying because she was so happy she got a job with "Amerinc Income". She went to a interview where they hired her on the spot making 65,000 to 120,000 a year also she would need to come back tomorrow with $73.00 for a training class and would also need to bring a windows 7 laptop to leave there for them to download "software" for her job to start and that they would call her when she could pick up the laptop (They also said to remove any passwords from the computer). She has a resume on monster.com which this person said they got it from. I'm street smart and used to sell drugs when I was younger and I know a SCAM when I see one but my wife has PTSD and been looking for job since she got out of the army so she thinks I'm jealous of her new job that she would be making more money then me. So after doing some digging I found this site for the number they gave her 610-279-4801 and found all these people and posts about the number in question. I showed this to my wife and she begin to cry which made me feel like a [***] but I'm not letting her get taken by these crooks. So instead of my wife going to the "interview" tomorrow morning me and a few of my friends are taking her place lets see if they like a taste of there own medicine:-} Because I'm taking a lot more then 73.00 I'm [***] sick of these people getting away with hurting poor people that need to support there family's that are just trying to find a job to put food on the table. So just a reminder to everyone if a "job" wants money for a class, training, or anything IT'S A SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your post, I had the same problem, had to listen to the vm about 10x to realize the person calling was from AIS Torchmark. I got the vm this morning and the background was very noisy and I didn't like that when I called back there was no personal message, just rang a lot, automatically said # and to leave a vm. I was very suspicious. It's disheartening getting calls like this when trying to find a new job. Person's name was Julia something at 267-252-3311.

So what the hell happened!!! These [***] just set me up for a interview on Tues for entry level management so glad I saw this because I will not cancel a damn thing I will not show up thats all there is too it!!

I have a similar story to most of you all. I never applied for a job with American Income Life/P&Q Partners, but they called me after seeing my resume online. That part is fine. I missed their call and rather than leave a voicemail, they texted me about setting up a phone interview with P&Q Partners. I looked at their website and they seemed legit, so I called them back the next day for my phone "interview". The lady was speed talking and said they got my resume after I applied for the benefits representative job (that I didn't apply for). She asked if I'd be willing to come in at 10am the following morning for an interview and I accepted. After hanging up, she texted me a confirmation text with the address (which is not the address listed on the P&Q Partners website). Late that evening, I decided to Google the address to get a morning traffic estimate and found my first evidence that P&Q Partners is actually American Income Life. I still went to the interview, but sure enough, P&Q is AIL and it's a commission's based pyramid scheme. My 10am interview didn't start till 10:20, wasn't with the person it was supposed to be with, and led straight into a group second interview.

Looks like this company P&Q has been practicing their deceitful habits for a while ago. I received a call from Michelle, she was very nice and professional, unfortunately, the phone connection was not great so did not catch every word. She proceeded to tell me I applied for a" benefits specialist" role?? I most certainly did not, I got the gist of what she was telling me, thou none of it was making sense. Again she Michelle was very nice and I said yes, to agree to attend a Webinar (red flag right there). I then googled P&Q when we hung up and see they another BS insurance company looking for sales suckers... I get these calls all the time from various companies. Long story short. NOT INTERESTED!!
