Just received a call from 615-461-5838; they left a message, but didn't say anything. Clearly a scam

Just called my unlisted # in VA.  Didn't leave message.

I received more than one call from these folks and I, too, did not answer. They left a blank message here, too. I am in the south central VA area.

I'm in Southwest VA & got a call at 7:09.  The number showed but the name was Not Available.  I wasn't home & they didn't leave a message.

Got call around 8pm in central Virginia answered no one there hung up immediately

Got a call tonight at 8:15pm I didn't answer because of caller ID. It said Tennessee call. They didn't leave a message. These calls are getting really irritating. I'm in MI.

This number  615-461-5838  called my home this evening and I didn't answer because I have caller ID and figured it was a telemarketer but after reading some of these posted comments it sounds like a scam is going on from that number.  it said Gallatin, TN as the location.

Rec'd call at 7:52pm EST in VA. Eating dinner. My Panasonic phone said "Out of area". Continued to finish dinner. No msg. left. Just blocked this # on my home phone. Don't know who or what & don't really care, except I am so tired of being interrupted when busy doing something, especially trying to enjoy my dinner. Guess this the wave of the future we have to look forward to from now on since these calls keep coming. Very frustrating trying to keep them blocked.

Yep, they are in Virginia now.  Just got a call from them.  I didn't answer because I know no one in Gallatin TN.  I am in northern VA right outside DC.

They've crossed the border from VA to WV.  Got a call at 7:30.

I understand this is a scam.   I would like to report it to put them out of business

Two calls from this number to my Virginia landline so far.  I didn`t answer either, since the number is not one I recognize.  I am very glad to have typed it into my Google Chrome search and found all of this.

I was sick and tired of getting unwanted phone calls, especially around the dinner hour. This is  how I finally ended up dealing with unwanted calls on both my HOME phone and CELL  phone. I hope my experience will help someone else!

Unwanted calls on my CELL PHONE-  It is super simple. I JUST ADD THE UNWANTED NUMBER TO MY CONTACTS!! Any unwanted number is added to my contacts the very first time I receive the unwanted call. I've labeled the contact *MONDAYS* on my cell phone --> since EVERYONE hates Mondays. I do usually take a minute and google the number to be sure it is an unwanted number. Since I've already pre-set the ringer tone on my cell phone for my MONDAYS contact to OFF, I am never bothered again with them. I now have over 80 phone numbers already parked in my MONDAYS contact slot. Super easy solution to never be bothered again with this type of call. NOTE: I have only one contact named MONDAYS on my phone. These unwanted calls are added to that ONE contact slot, not individually. ALL PHONE NUMBERS ARE PARKED IN THE SAME CONTACT SLOT- it is like my MONDAYS contact has LOTS of contact phone numbers. Does this make sense?

Calls at night around 7:00pm.  Didn't answer.

Called Michigan this past weekend.  Shows up as Tennessee Call.  Don't know anyone in TN, so no need to pay much more attention.

I live in South Dakota, and I just got a call from this number. The caller ID displayed UNKNOWN NAME. Since I don't know anyone in Tennessee, I didn't answer, and the caller didn't leave a message.

I received a call from this number at 10:16 am today.  Answered it saying "Hello" multiple times with no response.  Thanks to all for noting this is a scam.

They called this morning at 10:48am in VA but voice mail picked it up and they didn't leave a message.

Yep, Virginia.  TWO calls at 12:21.  Didn't leave a message.  Hey losers, why not come knock on my door?  Would love to meet you.
