Got a hit twice 7/19/14 at 4:29 AND 4:30 PM from them.  Neither call left a message, of course.  Will now look into the T-Lock Call Blocker - seems like a good idea - in addition to A- not answering a call from an unknown source, e.g. "Unavailable 1" and B - letting it go to VM and if they do not leave a message, it just ain't that important!

I get this call repeatedly.I have had it twice so far today. My answering machine is on but they don't leave a message. I am in VA .

We don't answer unknown  numbers.  This one has called half a dozen times this week - punched it in the block list on my phone this time.

I have lost hope with all of this, After months of responding to this with no resolution.  Is this site real or another source of frustration?  I no longer answer my phone and so miss important calls. This time they claim to be the FBI !!!!!!
 

I'm in South FL and just got the call from 615-461-5838 - I have digitone call blocker so they can never ring thru and are automatically hung up on but I can still see the blocked calls on my digitone caller ID unit - have been getting several calls this past week from out of area with no number and some using a local number even though caller ID shows it as out of area - I believe they are all from this same scam

Keep in mind that the DNCR does not apply to operations based overseas.

Nonetheless keep the following in mind.

1)  Do not answer callers you aren't familiar with.

2) You should also consider a call blocking device or even a phone that offers this option. There are number are a number of models out there. Do your research and find the one that fits your needs.

3) Most importantly.  Report the calls to both the FTC and the FCC.

Comcast phone service lets me block 12 Calls

Central Florida, about 5:15 PM.  Didn't recognize number on Caller ID, didn't answer.  I haven't bothered to block this number because they call only sporadically, and it's no effort to ignore a call.  I heartily recommend a call blo0cker, folks.  They work!  Sell your firstborn if you must, but get one.

They are crooks, so they don't care about DNC registry.

Call here a few times a week.  I never answer because since I turned a "certain age" scammers constantly harass me by phone.  They want to sell medical alerts, give free coupons, arrest me on behalf of the IRS.  I'm surprised the phone companies aren't more pro-active because people are disconnecting their landline home phones as a result.  I'm seriously considering it.  What do I need a home phone for anyway?

Umm someone keeps calling me and sending voice messages that are not saying anything .

They keep calling over and over again; and again today, even though I do not answer.  I had tried the previous suggestion from Charity to press the speakerphone button & hold down the # button for 30 seconds to cause the caller to think they had an invalid #. Don't bother trying that because it will not work.  The only thing it did was to cause the caller to say hello 4 times & then hang up. At least now I know it was a real live person and not a robot machine calling.

Called here, left no message. Pro call block now keeps phone from ringing

Got a call from Gattlin TN on July 19, 2014 at 1:00 PM. Didn't answer it because I also screen my calls.
They must be hitting West Virginia now, will look into gettng ID blocker for phone. Getting tired of all these
unknown or un-wanted phone calls.

Received a call 02/24/2015 at 6:30 PM. Galatin TN. Crossing global. Robo call wanting to do a "brief survey". Calls weekly, sometimes twice weekly always at dinner time. Very frustrating getting up from dinner to see a call from some dirtbag...   reporting to Do Not Call violations

Just spent 5 minutes trying to report 615-461-5838 for unwanted robo calls 1 - 2 times weekly at dinner time. Used the FCC site. Got to the end and guess what. Unable to send. WTF.........

Received call (Gallatin, TN). Same caller ID. I didn't answer.
