yes, he is extremely rude. gave account information to me without verifying anything. then hung up on me when i was trying to pay off a debt. then he called back at my work# which is a do not call. will never work with him on my debt.

Received a call from John Lowman. He was very nice and asked for Maureen. Then hes asked about my former brother-in-law David. He said the number he has doesn't seem to work. I have the same number for David. I won't accept another call from them. I can't believe they track me down in connection to him.

i truly understand same here won't be calling back stupid people. it should be against the law.

OK I can most definitely vouge for Chuck Aimes. I left an apartment breaking the lease, so I owed them money for not giving them enough notice blah blah blah... Chuck is a legit guy. And i have a few more resources than most people to check in because i am a police officer so i checked into the company before i gave them any bank info. He calls me to collect when I ask him to. So if he calls me one month and i tell him "Hey i dont have the cash right now, can you call me friday when i get paid?" He will gladly do it. AND I have never had ANY problems obtaining documentation. He sends me a transaction history report any time I ask for it. He's really sweet and always asks me how i am doing, hows the new boyfriend ect ect... Hes the greatest collector i've ever had to deal with. You know why these guys are probably rude to some of you guys is because you guys are being jerks to them first, being suspicious and such... kill them with kindness, it goes a long way, and dont go one here posting bulls**t that they are a fraud because you are going to make people scared to call back their collectors, and unltimitely be responsible for them not paying their debt. Grow up people! IT guy is right you are all so freakin paranoid that you wont even relay a message to a sibling or a kid or a friend... JUST TO CALL THEM BACK ... i hope they find out that YOU were responsible for ruining their credit.

Ok so..this debt they are talking about is in dispute, the apartment complex knows and I have also talked to Ken Smith from RDAC and told him the same thing.  On our lease it is me and my husband and my cousin.  All of our cell phone numbers are on the lease...so why is he calling my husband and asking for me...and not my husband...and is not calling me.  This man Jake Johnson has not ever called me or my cousin.  That is ok..because we are taking them to court anyways.

people just pay your debts the company is real i research them and spoke to the apartment that i lived at and they told me that they had sent my info and lease to this company to collect. if you dnt pay it now you eventually will if you try to get another apartment.

I have had people that are rude but you need to ask to speak with a manger named Ken Smith. He will get the job done and will also work with you. He has helped me out lot in just the 4 days i have been talking to him. He is a very nice person and will listen to you.

The smugness of some of these posts is not helpful.  Debt-collection calls are not always legitimate.  Sometimes they're phishing schemes.  I know exactly what I owe and to whom--I have no unpaid rent from any point in my life, and yet these people are calling me.  Before you start judging people ("ex-debtor" and "wake up call"), get the whole story.

Yeah my friend answered the phone and a Chad left a message saying that I should call him back and "I should know why I'm calling him for" Said he worked for RDAC

Never assume they have a VALID DEBT OR LEGAL RIGHT TO COLLECT.  

Debt collectors MUST FOLLOW your STATE laws regarding licensing.  

Check your Secretary of State for licensing requirements for ANY collection agency that contacts you

I spoke with an agent named Danny Zuko who helped me clear my debt for 65% of what I owed. He was a nice man; unfortunately he was supposed to send me a letter of clearance to provide the new apartment I applied for and he did not.

Danny Zuko is a FICTIONAL movie character.

I know the people who work here. They are extremely nice people who are trying to do their jobs. If all the people on here complaining just paid their bills, they would not get calls they don't want.

This d*** head named John Loman with RDAC which is like not real trying to some debt that is not real. He's either a politician or a gardner - he's so full of S*** that grass must grow around his shoes.

Annoying, weird call from a man trying to reach me through my relative.

When they call your job, they are trying to get you fired! How are you supposed to pay it then?

This same company also called for my 19 year old son which has NO DEBT he has no credit cards nor does he have anything in his name yet .. so its not a matter of PAYING UR BILLS....
